I have a withdrawl pending with Bookmaker.com. I have withdrawn from many online casinos with many different document requests but these are a bit different from what I`m used too and was wondering if any members here at Casinomeister thought they were unusual or should cause any concern? I`ve never withdrawn from Bookmaker before. Below are the docs requested.

I am contacting you in regards to the withdrawal request you made. In order to process your payout as soon as possible, I need the following documentation:
Authorization form, properly filled out and signed.
A copy of a void check from the checkbook you used to provide a check number when processing with us.
A copy of your bank statement with a positive running balance, showing the deduction.
