Book of Adventure™ Super Stake Edition

Seems to be effectively a bonus buy, just instead of buying it upfront, you have to spin >30 times to have enough "banked" for it. Not an awful idea, given the Book bonuses in these slots are usually quite profitable.

Yeah that makes no sense, the article is very badly written
Starting at £1 and doubling stake for 20 spins would mean the 21st spin would be over a million £ stake surely?
That was taken from the PR ;)

Two things, IMO, important to point out.

- Super Stake is a simple snake oil trick sold to players.
You are not getting a higher RTP and are basically paying for the extra feature. I am sure though that many players will fall for it.
- Please make a note in your review that the game is offered with min. 2 RTP settings: 94.49% and 96.68%.

Still badly written, can you ask them what it actually means, surely it can't be 'double your stake each spin'? That would be just like using the martingale strategy.

@colinsunderland ...there is no doubling the stake every spin. It simply doubles the bet, e.g. you will spin with $2 instead of $1 when Super Stake is activated.

For that extra cost, you get a random feature that triggers on average 1:50 spins and will give you 5, 8, 10, 12 or 15 free spins with an expanding symbol. Hence, on average you will pay about $50 extra for a feature which pays more or less the same on average.

There is, of course, the small chance that it will pay more than 50x extra bet.

So just very badly written

enables players to effectively double their stake with every spin

Also it states 35 spins not 50, presumably your info is the more reliable being from the game sheets?

So delayed bonus buy, without the guarantee that the buy will buy ;)

Also worth noting is that the pays are not doubled. e.g. a base bet at $1 with Super Stake will increase to $2 but you still get the pays for the $1 bet.

It is really just the feature that might or might not trigger 1:50 spins and might or might not pay sufficient to recover the extra cost. ;)

well 2 teasers in 120 spins in super stake
playing at .50 cent stake so was 1 bux was down 50 bux closed the game
wont be opeining it up any time soon

We all complain about how many megaways games there are but JESUS CHRIST!!! Just type the word book into your slot search bar and it boggles the mind how many book of slots there are! :D
