Hi! Welcome to forum.
Well, you need to read all rules and terms before taking any bonus, this is basic rule.

point was i got lucky with a single spin on twin spin and won that in my first few spins.. then i guess i had to wager around 5000 euro to clear the 100 bonus which i didnt need or effect my bankroll in anyway (10% on top basically)... but anyway just a rant

Please be a little more careful with your thread title. It shows up on the main page for maybe a couple of days.

You could have refused to accept the bonus or simply ask the CS to remove it from your account which if a reputable casino they will do so long as you have not started playing. Almost all bonuses come with wagering requirements.

Most unfortunate however there is very rarely such a thing as free money in the Casino world. You've nearly always got to put some work in to get that free money and reasonably often, it rarely works out. Whilst it is unfortunate, you should have read the terms and conditions first before making any bets and know where you stand. This is the problem with bonuses. Bit of a double-edged sword. More to play with but if you hit early you need to hope you keep hitting to make cashout.

Personally, with that sum of money, I would have got straight onto CS to have it removed. I would never lock up such an amount for so little.

I don't play online anymore, (3 years next month) but I never took bonuses just to avoid the very scenario you outlined.

Thats the trouble, A lot of casino/sport books do state for the first deposit / transfer you get bonus, And they always come with a big play threw, Lets just hope you have not broke the max bet rule or played not allowed games or will be a struggle to withdraw the remaining,

I take it that you had not known about this other wise you would of just transferd a small amount or at best 100 which looks like max match bonus,

casinos are obliged to remove the bonus as long as you have not played a game,

Thats just as bad as getting a bonus and having to cancel it manually and forgetting to do so, Next time make a deposit you have the old wager to playthrew, I have done that a few times before now

Hang on a minute...
You started with 1,400 and at some point fairly soon you won 3,500.
So what was your bank balance at THAT POINT?

You then said you ended up with only 400.
Even if your starting point was just the 3,500, to lose 3,100 of that in just 5,000 of wagering means you got an RTP of just 34%.
What on earth were you playing and at what bet sizes???

well I was playing a marvel slot with 20 euro per spin..

Than u took such a huge risk with the money u shouldnt really rant, if u had even betted 5 a spin u would have been left with atleast 1500. I would never bet even a pound a spin on marvel slots as thy are awful at payouts

€20? Jeeeze! :eek2:
If you ever find yourself in a similar situation again, keep your bet size lower - much lower!
If you had spun at €1-2 per spin you would have been much more likely to get close to the TRTP of around 95% and should theoretically only have lost about €250.

Thats another thing, 20 Euro probs break the max bet rule with bonus so you be lucky if they pay you the remander, Try and have a moan now and say if you knew about the bonus than you would not have transferd all the cash, You may get lucky

That is me too. I know some people disagree but a bonus is a hindrance if you are truly in it to win. In my experience, there is usually a time when you are "up" during a session but it may only be at one particular moment in hours of playing and you need to be in a position where you can cash out at that exact moment. If you don't, chances are you will end up down. The bonus may give you more playing time but it is more likely to prevent you from winning unless you are a) a low stakes grinder or b) very lucky!

^^ Spintee is right. But even if it didn't break a rule, my first point is even more pertinent playing at this bet size.

Side note: many casinos forbid playing a progressive slot with a bonus anyway.

so he had 1300 euros in sports account and decided to transfer the entire 1300 from sports to casino
putting the entire 1300 at risk just for a 100 bonus with a 50xbonus wagering requirement.
and goes about it with 20euro spins. yeah great... ends up with only 400, thus down 900 from his original 1300.

This strikes me as very odd. So the OP says he had 1400 euros on his sportsbook account.

Once he transferred 1400 euros, he receives a 100 euro bonus. Isn't he supposed to be able to cash out at least 1300 euros then? Why would the whole amount be tied to the bonus? That doesn't make one bit of sense.

Not sure what type of bonus OP received, but lets say a 100% bonus up to 100 euros max (Maybe OP can clear that up) then only 100 euros should be tied to the bonus and WR.

What Casino was this anyway? I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say Betfair?

Sticking a 100 bonus on a transfer of that size is a little ridiculous really. It's not even 10%! Hardly a bonus really...

Very good point, Mozaik!

Grieves me to play those even at minimum bet or then again even with free money they are awful.

Playtech should be booted out of business, blatant rip off with the lowest of the low chance of fair play.

Much as I still have a moan now n again, learnt my lesson the hard way with em but MG and Netnet so much fairer than that pile of junk
