I want some advice on if I stand a chance of getting my winnings back! I opted in to a bonus and had to wager £3000 to meet the requirements I did this but for the last 2 bets I made I span a £120 spin twice and then the money went from bonus to real money balance, I then made a withdrawal of £2000 to then receive an email saying my winnings have been voided due to breaching the terms which was no bet higher than £5 I didn’t no this. In other casino when I’ve opted to a bonus it has notified me that I can’t place a bet higher than £2 or £5 or what ever but this one didn’t and now for spinning that last 2 spins at £120 they have took the whole £2000 of me I don’t think this is fair? Anyone ever had the same problem?

If they have a £5 max bet rule when taking a bonus (almost all casinos have a max bet rule, £5 is common) then the only way you will see that money is if the Casino decides to not enforce that term on this particular occasion.

Unfortunately you accepted all the terms related to the bonus when you took the bonus.

Just not sure why the wagering wasn't seen out using another 30 or 40 spins at £5, when realistically speaking, you'd be hard pressed to find any casino allowing £120 spins on a bonus, no matter how close to completion.

I know I’m gutted it was a buy the bonus on a game for £120 and i did it without even thinking about it but usually when tied to bonus funds you get notified of the bet being to high but I didn’t

Duplicating threads like that will also upset the moderators -- -- so please don't do it.
Threads merged.

Bonus buys in the UK are not allowed now so not sure how you managed this. Might be grounds to go back and argue the point and see how they respond.

What was the game?

The game was shining king megaways
I would definitely go back and argue the point that bonus buys are not allowed in the UK and if the casino had adhered to their legal obligations you would not be in the position you are in now - it's worth a try. If you still get a negative response I would escalate it to the UKGC as I don't doubt they would be fined.
