Hi there! I was hoping that someone would let me know if I understand this correct (Its an MG casino)
They have a awelcome bonus of 100% and their TCs say;

Under the ClearPlay Bonus System, a player's casino account is divided into a cash balance and a bonus balance. Players deposit into their cash balance and bonuses are credited into their bonus balance.
When playing, both balances are combined to form the player's total balance, which is the balance players see during game play.

Players can withdraw from their cash balance at any time. However, any bonus credits remaining in their bonus balance will be forfeited.

Players cannot withdraw from their bonus balance; however, as a player meets the standard playthrough (wager) requirements, credits from the bonus balance are transferred in increments of ten into the cash balance.

Players can meet playthrough requirements with play on any game; however, different games contribute a different percentage of the wager towards the required playthrough requirement as indicated below.
Bonuses credited to a player's bonus balance are subject to a minimum playthrough requirement before they may be withdrawn.

Regular Players are subject to a 30 times playthrough before bonus credits are transferred into their cash balance

So does this mean:
I make a deposit of 100 dollars - and I also get 100 dollar bonus.
I start by playing off my real balance and I hit something big - lets say 1000 dollars.
I now wanna withdrawl - I have just made 100 spins or so.. can I or do I still need to wager the bonus - or can I just leave the bonus and withdrawl my winnings?

Really depends on the casino. Some allow you to withdraw anytime without clearing the bonus but usually you cannot withdraw until you have cleared the whole bonus. Think of it this way. You are awarded a $100 bonus on your $100 deposit. You bet the whole lot on a game of BJ. If you win, you get away with with winnings of $200 and if you lose it's only $100 of your money.

If it's not explicit in the Terms and Conditions, better ask support first.

Hi Marie, If I were you I would contact the casino's customer service to get clarification, that way there will be no confusion. Always better to get the information from the horses mouth. Also make sure you get a transcript of the chat emailed to you. Good luck!

Hi Marie,

You may withdraw at any time, unless it is mentioned otherwise in the T&C's.
I already did it many times : because I am a VP player, it is for me almost impossible to fulfil the WR.
Never had a problem with it, you only loose part (or completely) the bonus.

I withdrew one time with a bonus still unplayed and I remember it warned me that I would lose bonus blance and gave me the option of canceling the withdrawal.

However, you can just hover your mouse over the balance window and it usually tells you the cash balance and the bonus balance. It used to show it from within the game but now I believe it is just from the casino lobby.

The terms you quoted sound like the Jackpot Factory group. They permit early withdrawals... that is you can withdraw your winnings and whatever portion of the bonus you have converted to cash at any time. Some other MG groups permit early withdrawals. Some do not. Some allow them on reloads, but not the sign-up bonus, so it is good to read terms carefully and not assume. I list the status of the SUB with other groups, on the Clearplay bonuses page of my site.

Geesh, all these terms makes one not to bother with bonuses. I am re-thinking this whole process. If you are lucky to win then you could lose it all trying to meet the play through amounts. :yahoo: So I guess I agree with all the other opinions of people who know better than me that bonuses are not necessarily a good thing unless it is a free chip with no strings attached. I am sure those are far and few between. Gotta say this site Casinomeister has given my quite an education. The service it provides to people especially the newbies to the online gambling community is invaluable in my opinion. Kudos Casinomeister:notworthy.
