No i mean regular monthly bonuses and/or VIP bonuses that reward players who stick around.

With no bonuses I would rarely play at any casino. I rather visit my landbased casaino where I know that the game is fair plus I get to receive some entertainment with drinks,girls and instant withdraws!

I am afraid I have to agree with you. I'm mainly a BJ player , and I only prefer online to B&m casinons when the online ones give me an additional edge with their bonuses. And,trust me, they sure know how to earn their bonus back after a few doubles and splits

You will never lose the bonus model. It's worked for ten years and it'll never stop working. Affiliates who hate BHers are really on a case of Cake And Eat It syndrome, wanting the suckers the bonus attracts but regretting that undesirables are inevitably in the mix. You can't have both. Without upfront bonuses the casinos would DIE, because they'd get no, or little, new business. New gamblers are coming on the scene in their hundreds every day - don't tell me any one single casino out there isn't going to do anything they can to have them knocking on THEIR doors, not their competitors.

Intercasino is the perfect example: new player bonus and regular, unfettered monthly bonuses to allcomers - and where does Inter rank? - somewhere between Number One and Number One? THAT is how to get, and keep, customers. Exclusive loyalty bonuses for customers only? Bah, don't make me laugh. It can't happen.

At least when I play at a landbased and get a bad beat i know! it was luck and i cant blame any software where online many things go through your brain. I would never gamble serious amounts online. It's silly to do so for many reasons when you have a landbased casino near by.

I couldn't disagree more.

It definitely can and, in my opinion, will eventually.

Already some of the Crypto's are going along the 'wager first then get your bonus' route, as opposed to the straight deposit/match.

In every industry throughout time - the businesses and organisations that keep their existing customers succeed. It's the hardest thing in the world to win a new customer, it's downright careless and foolish to then go and lose them.

The word of mouth and referral power of the internet is something that we've never experienced the likes of before. For the online gaming industry, the treatment of regular and loyal players will absolutely define whom stays the course, and whom falls by the wayside...

I would love to do a few months or years work at an online casino (and in fact might), just to get an insight into the marketing and targeting of different types of players. It's a fascinating industry, and one of which we'll see the priorities and strategies change dramatically in the coming years.

Actually I only play at one now (7Sultans).

Their CSR's are always polite and friendly, they offer a toll free number for my Country, emails are answered quickly and above all promotional offers are credited quickly. Not to mention Loyality bonuses can be claimed and converted instantly. Since playing exclussively here I've been treated the best by far in years.
