Seems silly to be having the problems I'm getting over such a small bonus, but I'll try to explain below:
I recieved the email below for 100% match upto £100, so I though why not and deposited £50.00

I did accept the bonus as stated and was granted the bonus as you can see from the screen shot above, but it didn't show in my balances. I tried to contact live support last night, but it was closed so I sent an email. I decided to contact live chat this afternoon and they told me that I wasn't entitled the bonus, so I questioned if I wasn't entitled it then why did I get the email or the bonus granted after I opt'd in? The live support agent then checked again and said there wasn't a bonus in the account that she could see and could I attach the email (which I did) she would then forward it to the correct department to investigate.
