Bonus Difficulty at Maria Casino

Seems silly to be having the problems I'm getting over such a small bonus, but I'll try to explain below:

I recieved the email below for 100% match upto £100, so I though why not and deposited £50.00

I did accept the bonus as stated and was granted the bonus as you can see from the screen shot above, but it didn't show in my balances. I tried to contact live support last night, but it was closed so I sent an email. I decided to contact live chat this afternoon and they told me that I wasn't entitled the bonus, so I questioned if I wasn't entitled it then why did I get the email or the bonus granted after I opt'd in? The live support agent then checked again and said there wasn't a bonus in the account that she could see and could I attach the email (which I did) she would then forward it to the correct department to investigate.

Am I missing something too? You said you had made the deposit of 50, but that isn't showing, only the bonus...in one of the places at least.
It also says you have two bonuses that are active

I opted in and deposited 50, the bonus page for the 100% said pending I played the 50 I deposited, but didnt't win I did check the bonus page once I was at 0 could see that it was approved, but not credited, thats when I tried live chat the first time, but it was closed.

The 2nd active bonus was for some free spins I got a week or two before..

Did they say anything about why you were not entitle to it?

Just said there was no current offers for my account that why they wanted the email forwarding

If you have recieved the offer in a mail from them, and it says in the screenie that it's rewarded I think they should honor it.

Just got an email, its a technical fault and has been forwarded to their IT dept for investigation (should be fixed in 2-3 days)

It looks to me like this is a post wager bonus: i.e. you have to wager your deposit x30, and then they will give you the $50 bonus which will be instantly cashable.
(This type of bonus used to be fairly common on WagerWorks casinos - not sure if I've seen it on a NetEnt before...)

If I am correct, you would have deposit more funds to finish the wagering and then you will get your bonus.
It says at the top of your screenshot that you have done 88% of the WR, so that would leave you with $180 to wager.

I don't think you are correct here KK, and they had said it was a technical problem. I used to play there myself and a bonus has never carried over.
The 88% you are seeing is what he managed to wager on the winnings from the free spins he got before.

Tirilej has it right, the 88% is from 20 free spins they gave me on rockets, it should of dropped of when my balance went to 0 but it hasn't...

Just to let all know:

It was a technical Glitch and with the help of the Rep and Maria Casino support it has now been resolved.

(I didn't hit anything nice, but got some nice playtime )
