Bonus ban lifted at all Bonne Chance Rivals - anyone else?

I went into Lion casino this week and logged in they had a couple of bonus's so claimed 300% and played and won but this morning got an email saying I have duplicate accounts which I didn't have a clue about so of course they wont pay I have emailed them back but know it wont make any difference they will keep taking money if you don't win and not tell you you have duplicate accounts but of cause not pay out when one wins.
