After 3 times of that they decided to do another random check. And it will be 10 business days. And they use exactly to last second. Vicious site. Never seen anything like it. And I am pretty sure that they will never pay

Maybe so you give up. Don't give up and keep at them. I had a situation similar to yours once and I didn't give up. Eventually they paid.
