BonanzaGame stole my 6000€ big winnings complaint (Fraud)

Hey there all, I'm new at the forums and I have big issue with BonanzaGame Casino gambling site.

It's almost over 2 months now, when I registered to BonanzaGame casino first time, I always check if I have re-visit here before and checked on the live-chat that I don't have any other accounts here. They said "I don't see any other accounts you have registered here" "You can play safely" basically it went like that, unfortunately I didn't never screenshot this just in case I get cheated and telling lies later on that I have other account.

Well... I deposited with a 150% bonus 150€ and checked before even depositing and checking on the chat that bonus money only activates and I have to wager it when I first play my REAL deposited money to zero amount, then I can see my bonus money.

Okay... I started playing several games and ended up with 2€ bet nearly two times in a row winning at the Joker Pro Wild line system 1000x

Finally I win like over 6000€ and went almost 8000€, okay I withdraw that 6k and eventually lost above of that money. That was fine, but when I tried withdraw I must wager it over 7000€ to withdraw it, because I have bonus money activated!?!

I was like "WHAT" I asked asap to live chat what this means and I have screenshot that now I have to wager it.... sigh... well.. they lied to that and I still believe or not wagered it and completed it. and still withdrawed 6k.

I was happy and so relieved when my 2k 3x withdrawals were pending there and just waited. Well days later they asked of course documents and passports with picture and everything well I Did that and sended them. They were approved, however 3-5 days later I got this message where I was completely shocked.

I was outragerous, bursting with fire and going rage over 9000, I can't believe they did that move, I went to chat and asked this, I even comlaint Askgamblers and ending up with banned there, I don't know WHY, which is cruel and terrible, I went out of options I contacted Security Service, Curacao gaming... no answers still to this day, I don't have my winnings... my account is permanently closed and they never tell, there is second account / proof whatsoever that I can believe them. I have proof they broke their rules by saying after I win with real money, I have to wager it after I even wagered it honestly I still got confiscated my winnings.

I don't believe casinos any more, they purposely do this, because they don't proof anything, just saying same thing over and over again, no point to talk in their live-chat anymore.

I gave up, I'm brokened completely now.. my biggest winning night on my whole life and got only my deposit money back and -25% with transfering expenses deducted.

What I do? I need those winnings, it's not fair just do this cruelty and saying nothing afterwards which doesn't make any sense. Help! :mad: :confused:

I feel for you, man! And you are right, casinos never provide any actual proof of their claims. They tend to think that by saying something over and over is proof enough. It's despicable.

Well that depends what casino you play at.

This particular one I would not trust. It doesn't have a proper license.

I feel sorry for the OP but if he had done his due checks he wouldn't have played at this particular casino but instead stuck to the accredited list here on Casinomeister.

As for the affiliates that recommend this casino (some of them are listed at the bottom of the casinos website - Gamblingjudge the next authority in Igaming - really???) they can do one too. They are not to be trusted either in my opinion.

i dont trust casinos myself at all.. ive got a 1500£ withdrawal at barbados casino.. and im scared shitless. they are gonnna pull some crap on me..

i know that people say stick to the accreditied.. but i always get mugged from them., and never make any withdrawals..casumo is just awfull. risk was the samw.

OP I feel for you. You always have the option of filing a PAB, this is a free service that Casinomeister offers details can be found here https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/pab-rules/

Once you have filed your PAB don't post about your issue anymore until it's complete. I am not sure if it will be any help but I think it's worth a shot. Also in future stick with Accredited casinos on here or with trusted affiliates like the POGG and Dunover (just two off the top of my head) and you will be much better off and have support if a casino tries to rip you off again. GL

Once you have filed your PAB don't post about your issue anymore until it's complete. I am not sure if it will be any help but I think it's worth a shot. Read the FAQ's first they will guide you through the process be sure to read all of them. The link for the pab is here : https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/misc.php?do=form&fid=1

Please do not submit your PAB until you have read all the rules which are found in the FAQ's I know that they are lengthy but they are very important. Make sure you fill out all sections of the PAB and use an email address such as gmail and don't use a hotmail email address.

Once your PAB is submitted you must then stop posting about your issue until a resolution is reached and this may take some time so please have some patience.

From my understanding, it's far more cheaper for them to buy you out (150) and keep the 5850 themself. They proberly have a guideline internally where players such like you should be ditched asap.

I'm sorry to bring you this. This is my conclusion after reading your story.

If you mean that I fraud from them, then you are dead wrong. I wagered bonus even I didn't have to and checked at least twice on the chat that I dont have any several accounts whatsoever. They can't do anything like this withouth proofing nothing, I will not give up on this case, never gonna happen, too much at stake and this is simply fraud with disgusting communication through Bonanzagame, they are not even responding to me anymore, doesn't matter what I tell them.

Please respect the fact that the OP has submitted a PAB and is thus expected to follow the guidelines given in PAB FAQ section 3.12 including "no posts related to the PAB while the PAB is in progress".

If you mean that I fraud from them...

:mad: Please re-read post #9 in this thread. If you ignore the PAB FAQ guidelines your PAB will be discarded.

Where did I see this kind of decision making for grabbing all winnings from players... hmmm.... oh yes I rememeber, White Hat Gaming Limited and their latest creation : Dream Vegas.

Stay away from such casinos, so easy to forget a crutial rule from their extra ordinary and hardened terms that - in my opinion - it seems like there is a goal in itself to portrait the player as a criminal in any or possible way as this will grant the casino fraud prevention rights and steal your money just like this poster. Win $100 and you most likely get the money, but win $10.000 and recieve a pointed finger instructing you to read the terms because you just lost all your money. Its funny that they replace all the winnings with the initial deposit for you to "start over with", and this time you do not need to worry about not being paid as an insurance.

Goofy stuff! Criminals they are, preying on people that cant defend themselves or in practice do anything to get he money back. Casinos like 21prive.com are even accredited here on casinomeister last time I checked, but be aware - there are more than 1 ways to activate the "cashout denied due to braking a rule" which needent be more than playing at two games at the same time.

I know old thread but I can't wrap my head around people playing at these weird name casino's and not doing research before depositing.
1st red flag is the name of the casino, Right there you should be thinking fraud, not safe. 20% commission:rolleyes:

Casinos like 21prive.com are even accredited here on casinomeister last time I checked, but be aware - there are more than 1 ways to activate the "cashout denied due to braking a rule" which needent be more than playing at two games at the same time.

I just checked the Accredited list and 21prive doesn't appear anywhere so that statement above is false. I don't know of any casino from the Caddell / White Hat Gaming group being accredited on here.

With my experience of online casino operators is that there are some who want to stay on business for long and some others who have really different strategy and make your life hard if you happen to hit big win. Really like this forum because you can read experiences from others and also, you can see ratings of accredited casinos, i have no any bad experiences with them (not even playing that much but wanted to try out top score ones) and my coins keep going to these ones i know to be fair in their decisions, if some rules are broken, then i understand casinos point (yes, there are quite many fraudsters/bonus abusers out there NOT MEANING OP with this).

On other hand, usually we can only ready players claim about confiscated winnings etc.... as casinos are not allowed to share personal details of players account. These slots are pretty much same in all casinos, so at least i rather to stick in these ones i have trust relationship instead taking all first deposit bonuses from casinos with no reputation (or bad one) and have proper licenses (MGA/UKGC) which when you have problems you don't have to fly other side of the world to go court with quite 0 chance to win there....
