WARNING Bonanzagame.com is confiscating balances, ignoring complaints

Over the past few months we've received several complaints about BonanzaGame.com, typically regarding account balances that are confiscated for feeble reasons, usually related to the player having won a cash prize (but not always).

When the player complains the casino promises to reinstate the player's balance and/or pay out in small installments. When those payments never materialize the casino says "be patient", "wait for the money to arrive", etc. Whatever they say the money is never returned, few (usually zero) payments are received, and soon enough the casino simply ignores the player, often closing the account so the player can't access the casino.

Understandably frustrated these players come to us and we submit the complaint to the casino on their behalf. The casino has never responded in any way, totally ignored all efforts, and nothing is done to resolve the issues.

WARNING: BonanzaGame.com is taking player's money and ignoring their complaints. They often make promises of "payment soon" etc but never deliver: the money is gone and since the licensing body (Curacao) is notoriously unresponsive the players have nowhere to turn. Players are STRONGLY advised to avoid this casino.
