I was wondering about that.
I know 100x has been thrown around as being the bonus average win, did that number come from BTG or is it just a guess?
If the average is 100x offering the bonus-buy for 90x wouldnt exactly make them any money.

Yes, was a shitload of rubies after 5 fell in on the middle reel after an initial win of 9's. Think it was something mad like £1080 on the hit, i looked down to see what the win was worth praying it would be at least 60 or 70 quid.....
£900 withdrawn and in my bank already, fairplay to Lotttomart, no crap at all when you withdraw.

I have this vague memory of getting a +4 when i bought a Extra chilli bonus a million years ago, but i might be remembering wrong.

Edit: Checked the game just now and it does say that its 12 spins you can buy, so probably no chance of extra scatters (apart from retriggers)

Scatters don't drop in on bonanza bonus buys the bonus just starts but they do in extra chilli

Yeah, i assumed it worked the same as the Extra chilli bonus buy.
But now that i think about it, in their latest releases the bonus buy have sent you straight to the bonus without any scatters dropping in.

Yea they work differently in Bonanza and Extra chilli. I’ve gotten 3 x +4 on Extra Chilli a few times

Probably said already, that it heartbeats for a plus 5. Probably the most innovative thing about it - though, better than some of the PP games where they just decided to put a Xmas hat on some of the symbols.

It always gives 4 scatters for buys. It does often retrigger through.

Hard to get a good balance to get up to play 4 quids, let alone bonus on the stake

Not really had a chance to roll on 4's for a while now: most prolonged sessions were a few years ago when Betat used to send 200% deposit offers and you'd get a good run on it on high stakes. Not as good as Casumo's 4 quider's, but not far off.
