Glad to see RTG casinos among the reputable ones. I was very skeptic a while ago but the enthusiasm of felllow forum members like Black21Jack or Bethug gave me the curiosity to try this software. I played with Phoenician, Nostalgia and Inetbet and was pretty satisfied.
Following the advice from Bethug I also opened an account at Bodog. During the procedure I didn't notice the account number to be written down and was not able to log in. I used the "forgotten account" option but never received a feedback also after getting the "an e-mail has been sent to you" answer on the screen.
I tried to contact the support several times: the only result was the standard message with the tracking number but not real answer.
Now that I see Bodog as a new entry in Casinomeister I tried again the "forgotten account" button, but as usual no answer.
I know that I could also ring the CS but if they give both options I would like to get an answer in my favourite way (costumer is king, or not?!?).
I guess there shouldn't be any major inconveniences in my case (I absolutely did nothing more than opening the account...), maybe with the exception of my many IPs since I'm always traveling around(but also in this case they could ask the reason or at least answer with some nice arguments like "get lost!").
Curious to see if I will get a reply now

It may be faster to open another account since you don't know your account id. That is if you missed your account id the first time. If you are unhappy with them, you don't have to play there since you haven't made a deposit.

Problems such as this are best solved by using the casinos toll free numbers like bethug said "just call them". Emailing back and forth about your personal details is going to get you no where and takes a long time. Talk to a live support person and have them help you while you are on the line. As far as opening an additional account I would say DO NOT!, even though they are a reputable casino they could still have a problem with two accounts be opened which is against all casinos policies. I would wait until they help you rather than trying to open multiple accounts.

Very good advice.

Just got a PM from the casino manager. Very friendly. They're solving the problem.
I know that calling would make things faster, but it's a matter of principle: if somebody offers e-mail support it must be carried out in the proper way.
I'm not fond of telephones: worked for RCI when I was young... . Also in my job I try to do the most of the things va e-mail
They told me that the problem appears to be in their failure to reach hotmail accounts. Funny because I had to open it since Neteller was rejecting mails from my usual provider...
Thanks anyway for the advice from all of you! :notworthy
