NEW LOOK FOR ONLINE POKER SITE
Bodog rings the changes on its poker offering
Players returning to Bodog Poker this week will find a new look that has resulted from testing and player feedback over the past two years.
Key features of the revamp include:
* The layout of players now creates a non-linear (circular) line that provides easy to follow action from player to player with each hand.
* Cards are better positioned and sized to provide easier context of the hand state.
* The player who is 'on action' is highlighted with a softly diffused spotlight with a count down timer displayed to indicate how much time he has to act.
* Multiple felt colour options are provided along with brightness control - allowing for user personalisation.
* A player's action is clearly displayed from his position.
* Chip stacks and bet values are clearly marked by denomination.
* A centralised "dash board" lays out player controls for easy in hand action.
According to Bodog Poker, this is the first step in a series of new features that the poker site will introduce over the next several months. The revamp will be automatically delivered to new sign-ups - existing players have the option to upgrade to the new software.
