Hi,
I requested a money transfer cashout from Bodog on May 1, was approved the same day, and to this date i have not received it
Since i read on 2+2 that somebody requested a cashout the same day and was told that they processed it though check instead, i have asked them several times though email to check the status of my transfer, to which they invariably reply:
"We are still awaiting your Money Transfer information, this process normally takes about 7-10 business days. As soon as the information becomes available to us we will be sure to inform you via e-mail in order to pick up your funds. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us."
which is quite frustrating seeing how hundreds of people that requested a cashout after me have their money within 1-4 days
Is there anything i can do here? PAB? I would call their support but my spoken english isnt exactly the best
