Hmmm, here's the gist of Bodog's less than helpful response:

Hmmm...you think that they have changed their policy when they say "It is not our policy to address players directly on forum"...because the actual casino manager came on and addressed a player HERE...granted it is the only post that they have ever made on the forum though...
