Bodog Blackjack Random or Rigged?

You know back in the day when some of my relatives in NY ran a brick op in Astoria they would let some suckers win cause the best thing that can happen to any of us that work in the industry is when a small player wins you can turn a $10 bettor into a $1000 degenarate just by giving a little and people beware because thats what I do and im damn good at it !!!!

Funny i was from astoria till very recently and used to own a brick op on Steinway St . We probably know each other from the neighborhood .

I'm surprised after playing Blackjack on Bodog for the past six months, that I don't see more complaints about the randomness or lack there of with their Blackjack game. The last time I played (about two weeks ago) I won 3 of the last 30 hands. If this was a rare occurence, I could accept that, but it was every night that the dealer seemed to go on these rediculous winning streaks, winning 10+ hands on a regular basis. I see a lot of patterns like the dealer wins let's say eight in a row, then I win one, and the dealer wins at least the next hand, usually at least three. Happens all the time. It seems obvious to me that the game is rigged. I know this is the biggest online casino in the world, and it doesn't make any sense that they would cheat their customers, but when I asked for recent testing info I discovered there has been no testing since 2005!, they don't post payout percentages on their site, RTG is no help at all!, and all of the casinos are rogued according to Voltran2007 affiliated with Kahnawake Gaming Commission accept Bodog. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had these types of issues with Bodog. I had a similar experience playing Blackjack on PartyPokers website until they quit doing business in the US. Should I just give up on online Blackjack anywhere?
GoBucs!

Hey guys! I realize this is a pretty old post I'm responding to, but a BlackJackInfo.com poster just brought it to my attention and I felt the need to provide answers to the CasinoMeister forum posters on behalf of MMGG/Bodog.com. I posted a response over at the BlackJackInfo boards and I'll post a very similiar response over here:

Bodog.com does not cheat- I have spoken directly with MMGG/Bodog.com and asked for an official response which is as follows:

I can assure you that our software and Random Number Generator are fully certified, and our games provide a fair gaming experience for our players. Inevitably some of our players will have a bad run of cards; however, I have also heard some great stories of players winning big at our tables.

Another key thing to consider is that getting a true sample of a Blackjack game takes a lot of hands. A sample of 20,000 hands is what most would consider an adequate amount to get a real assessment of the game. Even then a players choices will usually stray at least slightly from proper strategy over the course of 20,000 hands.

I would also ask you to consider another number -- 15. Bodog has been around for 15 years and we plan on being around for a long time yet. We also understand that when players have bad experiences, such as you have, the chances of them sticking around and continuing to play with Bodog arent very good at all.

At the end of the day all Casino games, Blackjack included, have a house edge. We have no reason to alter the game in anyway. All you need to do is walk down the strip in Vegas and you have all the proof you need that offering a fair and honest game of Blackjack is just simply good business.

If you would like more information on our Casino Games, I would also suggest contacting our Casino Customer Service team at casino@bodog.com or give them a call at 1-866-2341324. We have some very experienced agents who would be more than happy to answer all of your questions and discuss your account with you.

Also, I would like to add that Bodog.com software and RNG have been tested and are certified by two separate independent, internationally recognized and accredited testing facilities: Technical Systems Testing and Gaming Associates. Both have independently certified Bodog.com software to be random in outcome and fair in operation. Both of their rigorous testing procedures involve the examination of the details of the RNG algorithms, system architecture details relevant to the implementation of RNG components and their security, source code for RNG algorithms and calls to the RNG for any purpose (e.g., shuffling algorithms), analysis of 10 Megabytes of RNG output data for statistical diehard testing and game logs for each type of game.

I hope it clears things up for you, and if not, PM me and I'll do what I can to help. Thanks! Becky
