Bobby Casino Slooooow to pay withdrawal

Hello,
Has anyone had a problem with Bobby Casino and withdrawals? I was given a no deposit bonus, and had to play through over $6000. I did so; therefore, I was entitled to withdraw $100.00. I turned in my KYC Documents on July 20, 2022, and still have not received my withdrawal. As of this post, it has been almost a month, and still no withdrawal money.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
