I posted a few times already.... Sorry Casinomeister... :-( I guess I should have just started a new thread right here.... It looks like BoDog is delaying several payouts??? Especially Check by mail???? Please tell me I'm not the only one.....:eek: Iv'e always had faith in Bodog... I'm not mad..just disappointed right now....:oops:

Cashed out 4/29/07 haven't received my check yet :eek2:

Just a bunch of e-mails from their customer service stating that they have been back logged.... I posted the e-mails on here already.... Again I'm sorry for not posting here :-(

Is it time to call in the Casinomeister here? What is going on with BoDog??? Not good... Yeah my check has been delayed what over a month already.... Boo on them.... And I always heard nothing but good things about BoDog Casino and Sportsbook....:eek:

Paid today, 15 business days for courier check as stated on their website. I'm sure everthing will work out for you.

ok glad to hear you got paid. I'm guessing you had to pay for that service? Mine is coming by regular mail. So I guess it will take a while :-(

actually, they allow 1 payout per week for free using the courier service. No I wasnt charged.I wouldn't use anything but courier service now that they have given up on western union.

RECIEVED CHECK TODAY AS PROMISED ON MONDAY

On monday I received call from a service employee he said that I would receive my check by fri. June 8. I was sorry my payout was screwed up from beginning.

I got it June 8 as promised via fed ex.

Anyone being screwed around, pm me for the employees name, he was only that would help me.

Sorry guys. Some of the information quoted by footdr was posted on another forum by a disgruntled ex-employee. The problem is most of it is privileged info, and some of it is incorrect. Further, it's detailing payment processing that may be targeting by concerned organizations. If you want to post a link to the quoted thread - that's fine.

I did post both positive and negative information regarding bodog payments. I also included the employees post in an email to Bodog, they did not deny the accuracy of the "employees" statement.

I believe it was mostly factual regardless of the reason it was posted.

I was able to resolve my issue with bodog and posted that fact.

I am not sure it was a disgruntled employee, how would that be verified?

you shouldn't have posted it period of you couldn't verifly the source or the information. How you like if somebody did that to you? Proceed with caution in the future. Bodog has been very good to U.S. players, their customer service 1st rate.

BoDog Delays

Well I know Bo Dog is having problems but I'm getting worried now. I cashed in and it was approved on 4/27/07. Then I contacted them Via e-mail at least 25 times and was pretty much told the same story. Until Finally I got a positive e-mail stating that my check would be sent Fedex!:D For free of charge! :D
I got excited! And an e-mail stating that I would be notified by Thursday of a tracking number!!!!! :thumbsup: But then........

Thursday came and no e-mail with a tracking number :eek:

And then the same e-mails I was receiving when I first contacted BoDog after a month of not getting paid!!!!:eek:

Now I'm worried.......:confused:

Here are the two e-mails.....


1st e-mail

Dear Mr. ........

Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service.

Once a tracking number is provided to us then absolutely, we will post
that tracking number in a message in your Bodog
account as well as send you an email containing it. If you have not
received a tracking number by Thursday of next week
please contact us again so that we may follow up with our Payouts
Department.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to
contact us.

Customer Service

2nd e-mail "Latest E-mail"

Dear Mr.......,

Thank you for your response. We apologize that you have not recieved
your tracking ID number at this
time. We understand that this delay is very frustrating, especially

numerous occasions that your check is on its way, along with dates on
which you will receive it and it
still has not arrived. We assure you that we are doing everything we
can to have our clients payouts
processed as quickly as possible. Bodog.com has never missed a payout
and we guarantee that these
funds will reach you.

You will be receiving your payout but at this moment we cannot project
when with any degree of
accuracy. Once we are on top of our current backlog, we expect to be

WU is no longer available even though it's still listed as a payout option. I was told this by support. If you cashout out WU you will receive a email stating this and default payment is then by check.

I finally received and e-mail with a tracking number!!!! :eek: It should be at my doorstep by the 21st!!! Which is tomorrow!!! :thumbsup: I can't wait!!! ;)

hmmmmm

Well todays is the 22nd and no check :eek: But then just for the heck of it I log on the fedex website and low and behold there is a new receiving date of June 26th? What happened to June 22nd? I guess Fedex screwed up? Well I'll have to wait and see what happens I suppose. I just hope this check clears ok. I'll keep everyone posted. :D

why dont you just call fedex and ask.:confused:
I received it on schedule time.(that was a month ago)
Now its no more Bodog problem I guess..........

Unreal!!!!

I got a check!! Just not my check!!!! What the hell!!! BoDog needs to get there act togehter :eek: mailing people the wrong checks now :eek: Come on!!! I have contacted them. Lets see what they say... How long will I have to wait unitl I get the correct check now. :mad:

Contacted Customer Service

I contacted Customer Service. They told me another check was on its way. And I should receive it by the end of this week. I won't hold my breath...:eek: i can't believe how bad there service has gotten :mad: They use to be one hell of an operation....boo on them....

I finally have had enough with bodog, I haven't recieved a check in under 30 days since march. I thought it was just a march madness catch up problem. I even had 2 checks take 60+ days. I'm not on day 40+ of another $900 worth of checks.

I have been playing on bodog for years and never had issues, but this is unbelievably frustrating.

I switched to full tilt over the weekend and won over $1000. I went to have a check sent to me and I am now dealing with those retards who are requiring photo ID and a copy of a bill. yet they have no live people to talk to, etc.

are we soon doomed?

I cashed out at Bodog on 6/4 and received my check today, exactly 21 working days after my request. I hope I'm not jinxing myself, and the check doesn't bounce.

I got mine...

I finally got mine and put it in the bank a few days ago. Just waiting for it to clear. Iv'e been waiting for mine since 4/27/07 :) I hope it clears and doesn't turn into another Bo Dog bounced check NIGHTMARE!!! :eek:

i think it is different for every bank. but don't quote me on that. My bank usually takes 3 or 4 days. :oops: I guess they want to play it safe. I do have good news though. 100 of my 520 check has cleared. :D So I am waiting for the other 420 to clear now. :thumbsup: And hopefully it does :confused:
