BoDog Delays
Well I know Bo Dog is having problems but I'm getting worried now. I cashed in and it was approved on 4/27/07. Then I contacted them Via e-mail at least 25 times and was pretty much told the same story. Until Finally I got a positive e-mail stating that my check would be sent Fedex!

For free of charge!

I got excited! And an e-mail stating that I would be notified by Thursday of a tracking number!!!!!

But then........
Thursday came and no e-mail with a tracking number
And then the same e-mails I was receiving when I first contacted BoDog after a month of not getting paid!!!!
Now I'm worried.......
Here are the two e-mails.....
1st e-mail
Dear Mr. ........
Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service.
Once a tracking number is provided to us then absolutely, we will post
that tracking number in a message in your Bodog
account as well as send you an email containing it. If you have not
received a tracking number by Thursday of next week
please contact us again so that we may follow up with our Payouts
Department.
Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to
contact us.

2nd e-mail "Latest E-mail"
Dear Mr.......,
Thank you for your response. We apologize that you have not recieved
your tracking ID number at this
time. We understand that this delay is very frustrating, especially
when you have been informed on
numerous occasions that your check is on its way, along with dates on
which you will receive it and it
still has not arrived. We assure you that we are doing everything we
can to have our clients payouts
processed as quickly as possible. Bodog.com has never missed a payout
and we guarantee that these
funds will reach you.
You will be receiving your payout but at this moment we cannot project
when with any degree of
accuracy. Once we are on top of our current backlog, we expect to be
back to the speedy payout system
that has earned our company one of the best reputations in this
industry.
