BlueSq customer support doesn't reply my e-mails

hi,
I opened an account to BlueSQ. I deposited with my Credit card and played for while.
Then I received a following message from BlueSQ :
"Square Account Verification

As part of random security checks carried out on account registrations, we require that you verify the registered information on your account...."

After that message my account was locked.
I sent asked documents and got reply that everything was OK, but my account was still locked.

I've tried to contact Bluesq's customer support via e-mail, but i haven't reiceved any answers.
It's now more than a month from my account locking.

I really like to solve this issue by e-mail because i find very hard to express myself in english by phone.

i've tried to PM "casino contact" RankInteractive here in Casinomeister but haven't got reply at least yet...

Do you know any other e-mail address to BlueSQ than support@bluesqcasino.com or support@bluesq.com??
