Blueprint - Count Duckula: What a load of BS

So I was having a session on Count Duckula. It wasn't going well. I hit a couple bonus rounds that paid 1.5X stake. That's right, 1.5.

I've had this happen before, where on the free spins bonus the wilds just keep landing on each other and you win NOTHING. That can't be a "real" bonus can it? Surely it's a sign of broken code?

No? Well, I managed to get a bonus on the Duckula super spins, where you get 10 spins to build up a load of wild heart symbols that will be used at the end for a "super spin". Only I didn't get a single heart! Not one! And the game crapped out because of it! See screenshots.

I reloaded the game several times but it just keeps trying to give me a "super spin" with 0 wilds.

Yeah, on 0.80p stakes. I understand you can get low bonus rounds...but when it breaks the game, surely you should account for that? There is only 1 bonus game higher on the ranking than that so I thought I was in with a shout of winning my money back. Can't even play the game any more.

You need to report that to the casino and Blueprint - that's clearly a bug. My guess is they haven't tested for a situation where you get zero wilds. That will be an unrecoverable error....

I actually think they'll just ignore it. Clearly a sign that these games aren't exactly fair. I mean, I know they're made to lose, but what I've experienced with that game seems to be clear signs that they are pretty much cheating players out of money. As mentioned at the start, this isn't the only "error" I've seen. I wonder if they'll pay any compensation to everyone they fiddled with the duplicate wilds bonus game? Ha.

it might be that there is a very very small chance of it happening and they just simply didn't test for it...

I've had a very similar bonus game on Wild Antics.. Wouldn't bother complaining You'll probably just get hit with the automated RNG email.

I've given up with complaining about things like this The customer is wrong and the casino is right, you lose.

I've never had a bonus that messes up the whole game before. I've had plenty of 0 bonus games, but none that had a program problem which means if you're "unlucky" the game ceases to function. To me that's a clear error in whoever made this game. And if they made an error with this then what else do they neglect to account for? To me this is evidence of how shifty the way slots work.

It's not enough to manipulate the players into thinking a bonus round is coming by constantly shoving double bonus symbols at them more than random chance alone, or make it 1 symbol away to complete a full screen of something that might actually payout, or put ridiculous X20/30/50 wagering on bonuses, or support YouTubers constantly winning thousands on ludicrous "good luck" runs that last over a year, they also clearly need to manipulate the payout on a bonus game. How is it even possible to hit a bonus that's 1 away from the top game and yet come away with 0 needed symbols to complete the actual game! How is that even fair?

I love all the warnings on YouTube videos as if you can give some a warning, then show them how you win thousands, and expect that warning to be what sticks out in their mind. And the hordes of fans that post positive comments congratulating these ignorants. I guess nobody studied the problem of free will, neuroscience, or human behaviour.

William Hill actually gave me £2 and I'm awaiting a "technical investigation". Blueprint haven't responded.
