I've respected all terms & conditions as stated on the casino website.
I've requested a withdraw and after few days i've received this mail:

Based on your recent activity at Black Widow Casino, your account has been
system
flagged for apparent bonus abuse.  As such, your play and bonus will be
void and your initial deposit returned.

From our Terms:
"Players who endeavour only to meet minimum playthrough requirements of a
given bonus, exhibiting 'bonus hunter' characteristics, will have their
accounts automatically flagged and audited. Should the security department
determine that a new player account was set-up solely to exploit this
bonus, the player may forfeit their bonus money, any winnings gained under
this promotion and their deposit returned."

This is really unbelievable.

I've done 5 EUR bets starting from a 50 EUR deposit.
I've quite lost all the money. This is not a bonus hunter characteristic.
They gonna pay my winnings!
My account has now been locked.

Please don't play with this casino.
 
To most of us here this is "old" news. They have been doing this for a while now. And if you dont get this message you should recieve your winnings within 1-12 months ....

Sorry. You are a few years behind finding out about how bad that group is. I used to play at Grand Banks and I won tons of $$$$ but had to wait months to get paid. Thought that was normal until I happened upon this site and saw the light. I know how you feel.

Black Widow & sister Grand Banks are well known crooks.
(Been there - done that - never again!)
 
So far, the Black Widow group has been pretty proactive and fair in dealing with the complaints that I've passed on to them in the last few months. I know there might be a few more out there that I haven't gotten to yet. But fair is fair, they've been dealing with them.

ciuko - bummer you got pegged as a bonus abuser. Have you tried to discus this with their management, or are you here just to vent? The operators monitor this board, and are members as well:

Have you contacted them about this? It really doesn't help matters (if you expect anything to be done about your situation) by publicly slamming a casino. Nobody has a clue exactly what kind of player you are except for the casino itself.

I've contacted the manager (Mr. Schumacher) but i don't have received any reply. Maybe it's driving on his brand new Ferrari.
I've contacted Playtech too. No answer.

Am I missing something? From what I have read,the casino seems to be right.
 
As per their website this group has been paying my withdrawal in installments of $1250 each week, but I always have to send them reminders to do so.
Unfortunately their Casino representative has not been responding to my queries anymore lately, which I am disappointed about, as I actually used to enjoy their services before.

Basically they are still on track with their payments for each week but one, and I am hoping to see this going through nicely, after all. I am not going to send them a reminder this week and we will see what happens.

I will post an update again in a few weeks or so.

I made several deposits, with and without bonuses.
I hope this group is going to pay up. What I disliked the most so far is that they applied the max. $1250 withdrawal term for both of my accounts combined, which I do not think is right. I will let them do this however if they eventually transfer me the funds without any more hassles.
