The thing with these guys is that you would probably been paid on that day even if you hadn't been hounding them. They have made the decision that payments are a four or six or eight week transaction. They are not going to be rushed but as long as they are solvent you will probably be paid albeit very sloooowwly.

But I played with Blackwidow (before i knew about this site, and their history ), twice!!! I deposited $1000 for a $400 bonus (cashing out $1207) and then $1000 for a $500 bonus (cashing out $2081). I havent been waiting that long, but reading these pages, and the correspodance I have had with BW so far, things dont look hopeful!

I just hope they dont take forever, as these two rather large sums make the difference of me doing very well with casinos and very badly, due to the $1000 deposits x 2! I am missing at the moment.

and $2000 is an awful lot of money to me!

I will just have to keep badgering them I suppose. Just got an excuse of their payments team being overwhelmed, and a groveling apology! Just give me my money!

Well I will give b/w a couple more days to payout, then I will go to them and see what they can do for me. They say they will mediate for their approved casinos!

The OPA is paid to approve Grand Banks, Black Widow, etc. The OPA is NOT a player organization by any sense since they do not have a membership; only a couple of guys in Wales trying to make a buck off of this industry.

My experience at Montreal's expo last June should be required reading for all those who are depositing money at Black Widow and expect to be paid.

Surely GB, SH & BW should be listed together. Then there is less temptation for anyone to deposit at GB & SH thinking that they are not as bad as BW - they are! - this lot are inextricably linked and should be so on the Rogue list!

I just can't believe how long it's taking them to process the cash ins. How can they expect players to go back if it's going to take over a month to receive the cash in? What a way of doing business!

I think they are rogues and definately should be on the meister's sh*t list, but I think the problem he may have in doing this is that so far, they do eventually pay up. They just yank winners around for months until they scream enough and they get sick of hearing the complaints, so they pay. They are definately scumbags in this regard, but I think until they start ripping people off (again) completely and not paying them, they probably won't end up on the black list, just on the grey list.

Though I do think that if one of them is there (BW) then all 3 should be there, since they are all the same when you boil them down.

Maybe a good idea would be for everyone who is getting jerked around for longer than their website states for withdrawl times, write a stern but polite note to Playtech to complain. Be sure to refer to the casinos as Playtech's licensee or agent, that seems to get their attention since it puts some responsibility on their shoulders. Maybe if enough people complain about these clowns, they'll get some heat from Playtech about it.

JPM, I agree a good stern letter to PLAYTECH would be in order but only if you're not expecting to get a response from Playtech. Playtech is slower at answering emails than Black Widow, Grand Banks and Sterling House are at paying players. Have a good one.

Hi Fred, and welcome to the Forum. Fred, I've been on the internet now for nearly six years and I cannot recall a single instance when I've heard anyone singing the praises of GRAND BANKS or BLACK WIDOW CASINO. Have a good one.

Since then on the 20th November I received my $2000 deposits back, and thats it.. NUMEROUS conversations on the M2S2 or whatever they call it, and emails etc, but I have got nowhere. My last two emails to them haven't even been replied to! I have now been waiting over 3 months. Is there a telephone number anyone has that actually gets through to someone at Blackwidow, rather than their intermediary?! Please please please let me know if there is, as it is now taking the p*ss!! I want my money!

Well, in the end I wound up reversing my cashout and lost the funds. This was after it was waiting in my account for about a week, damn temptation. Anyways, nothing pisses me off more when a casino is so quick to take your money, but then is like 'We will pay you when we feel like it'. Yeah if I would have waited a month or more
I just cashed out of Phoenician yesterday for a profit of a little over $1800, and they payed immediately, thats the way it should be There is absolutely no reason for a casino to take even 5 days to pay a winner, its not like they don't have the money and its not like they can't send the money right away, its because the choose not to. Its all about temptation, I have reversed cashouts numerous times, and if I had left it alone I would probably have thousands more in my bank account than I do now.

Played both GrandBanks and BlackWidow several times getting the bonuses...every time it has taken about 2 months to get paid.......but I have always got paid.....had to resort to "threatening" emails though :-(

I have played at BlackWidow "before" I found CasinoMeister

I currently have a 1500$ withdrawal pending with them for over 5 months. Each time I talk to them they tell me it would be process soon. But so far I never received any money. Can anyone tell me what they had to do to get their money?

Do a google search on Black Widow Casino and you'll get a slew of them.

I can't believe I got the Black Widow Blues

I got sucked in by their pitch that they had improved their payback system to VIP members and now I am waiting for a lousy $150 for 10 days & counting. Nothing has changed but the time on the clock.
Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.
