Black Jack Averages??

Here the BJ rules at harrods:

1 deck
Hit soft 17
Double any two cards
Dealer check for BJ at the begging of the hand
Player can double after a split
Player can resplit up to 2 hands
Only one card draw when you split aces
No surrender

Am not sure if US players can participate.

I'd agree with caruso, at least on their new BJ games at the viper casinos. I"ve done fairly well on the vegas strip flavor. Still don't trust the original one with the invincible dealer, so I won't play it at all. And that is experience from play in 2 centuries as well :D

Wow - I should move to England. Thanks.

The BS Engine at blackjackinfo.com seems to give these rules a HA of 0.04%. Not sure how Ken handles splits there, though.

Wouldn't it be nice if they had a game like this in a real casino. In my dreams.

I don't think we ever going to see such odds in a landbased casino.0,04% edge is nothing. In London the best available BJ in a real casino that I could find is 0,51%.I don't what is it in NV and AC.

Harrods have chosen good odds for the player and I have chosen harrods for my wagering. They take care of me as a player and I take care of them. That's the way it should be today.Plus only 1 pound minimun .Also have a look at pharaos casino.Under the basic strategy you have 0.11% edge over the casino :D
