On average how many hands should/could be won per 100 hands. I was doing really really well at this casino, but for the last 3 weeks or so this is how it has been. Perhaps this is normal and I was just extremely lucky the past months with thenm and my luck ran out!!!

This is a Micro Gaming Casino, so I went through 15 pages of 100 hands on each page and these are my results.

Maybe its just me being paranoid, but it seems I cannot win at this casino at all anymore, and this is after losing over $10,000 in the last 3 weeks.

So, do ya think this is normal. Was I just very lucky before these last 3 weeks.

Well Microgaming is known for having the 'invincible' blackjack dealer. I'm more surprised when I win there than when I lose, lol.

Ideally, we want to know how many dollars you would have lost if you had played $1/hand.

To do this, it's not enough just to know the W/L/T. We also need to know how many BJ's you had and what the W/L/T was for your doubled hands.

And it would be nice to know how many splits there are in addition to the House Advantage of the game (or the rules of it).

For the Atlantic City game, the Wiz says you should expect 43.31% Wins, 47.89% Loss and 8.80% Ties.

My best guess is, assuming an average win is 1.22 units and an average loss is 1.11 units, you were around 1 in 170 unlucky.

Clayman or anyone - is there a program that will keep track of online things like this instead of doing it manually? I would love to be able to start up a program that will keep track of your win/loss/cards/dollar amounts real time while you play.

Absolutely, I keep the wizs BS chart right in front of me if ever in doubt. I believe this is why I did so well in the past. When I say I won, I am saying I won thousands of dollars. I played many many many hours and now feel this is not the same game.

I guess you're lucky then, he must have been on a break. He is the usual dealer on their regular (european I think) BJ game with one card, no peek to the dealer. Pulls 5 card 21s out of thin air when you've got a 20 and he's got a 5 or 6, gives you a 3,4 or 5 when you double down on 10 or 11. You know the guy!

I played Vegas Strip Blackjack. I believe it is one of the Viper games ( not positive)

I never play bonuses, at any casino. I don't like the T&C of them. This way when I am ready to cash out, I can.

No, they owe me no money. (Except for my deposits, lol)

Based on my experience I can't never win even in practise mode at MG casinos.The delear seems more or less unbeatable.I don't feel comfortable playing there.At harrods casino though im getting a really fair play.I'm not winning but i can 'feel' it that the game is fair same for cryptologic.

Well, I maybe eating crow now. I know, I said I was not going back, but today I received the usual $100 in comps as I have every Thursday and I won!!! It felt like the old game was back. So, maybe it was just pure bad luck the last three weeks. I will play there some more and see what happens. I really liked this casino, so I hope it turns out good. Now, I realize one cannot win every session, but for those who were interested I will let you know how it works out for me. (fingers crossed)
If I were wrong, I would be the first to admit it.

Don't you know you are supposed to loose?
For every $100 you wagered you should and will loose 50 cents. I played JoB and BJ normally so the house edge are at 0.5%. This monthly along I wagered around 35k on different casinos and I am down around $100. I considered it my lucky month cause it's fairly easy to loose more than $300.
I, too have never met the invicible dealer. Since I am a low roller, I don't know what will happen if I bet more than $5.

Apparently in thinking MG is fair, like you, I'm in the minority here but my favorite game is MG single-deck BJ. I have over 101% payback over 44,000+ hands, assuming flat-betting of course, so, sandie, take heart, I'm pretty sure you're getting dealt a fair game. Crypto is definitely at the other end of the spectrum for me.

Mostly, I wanted to ask if my chi-square calc was OK or if you were still in the "astronomical" range

I'll probably regret saying this, but MG blackjack over the past year or so has shown nothing of the rampant nonsense I saw in the past. I still have the occasional evil session, but nothing beyond what I'd expect. The "invincible dealer" - meaning those endless, idiotic multi-card draws to 21, hand after hand - is absent.

Either they've completely cleaned the game up in the wake of the OCA affair, or they've simply un-fixed my accounts. There is no question that the game WAS fixed, years ago.

Either way, based on my own experience the game is currently OK, and playing more or less like a real game as opposed to that ridiculous slot machine of years past.

Thanks. I got the same value for chi square, but my computer was giving me a ridiculously low probability (something in the Casino Bar league), which did not feel right. I have no idea what I did wrong. I repeated the calculations today, and this time I got the same 0.0116 or 1 in 86 chance. So this session was unlucky, but not exceptionally so.

More like OCA got cleaned up in the wake of the Microgaming affair.

There's no question in my mind that MG has never been fixed and I've been playing across two centuries, never having had a statistically unusual session.

Still, nice to hear you say that your accounts have been "un-fixed".

As usual, thanks to the Wiz, I've always used a HA of 0.1% for the MG SD game, assuming composition-dependent play.

Be aware the Wiz calculator does not take such rules as hitting split aces and full no-peek into consideration.

Can you really DAS and DOA at Harrod's single-deck? That's nice. Does the dealer peek there? Is this where US players can't play?
