hi . im really having a problem with blackdog casino. i used there slam the champ bonus deposit ed 50 got a 650% plus 80$ extra cash play through 15X on slots keno and some pyramid poker games. bonus fully cashable max cashout 20x deposit + extra cash. well i hit a 1000$ keno and then played the shit out of there slots for like 6 hours. i asked live support 2 check my playthrough and was told by francesca that i had met my playthrough. i earned 24000 comp points i had 2 make my playthrough. well francesca now says my max cashout is only 5x deposit plus extra cash bs. i took a screen shot where they told me 20x max cashout then i got an email saying i still had 1200$ 2 make my playthrough, and my max cashout is 5x what kind of shit is that. if u ask live support what kind of bonuses are available tehy will tell you 20x max cashout i have proof please help if u can. my acoount is xxxx email is xxxxx@netscape.net. thes guys are ignoring me in chat and not answering the toll free# been round and round with them 4 about a week. i asked support the next day what kind of bonuses they had like i was gonna deposit lmao and they told me 20x i said 20x are u kidding u just told me its 5x always 5x lmfao then she just ignored me. b4 u deposit they tell you 1 thing after u win they change the rules now there telling i have 1200$of playthrough left because keno does not count are u kidding they told me twice keno counted i know my account is set up 4 a major losing streak so im afraid 2 play. i have 1000$ on a 50$ deposit my 7th deposit there and they dont wanna pay. please help

A while ago I have asked them where the terms are hidden and they told me that they do not post them on their webpage as THEY CHANGE TOO FREQUENTLY!!

I've just got to ask. How did you find these jerks. They've always enjoyed a reputation for being one of the worst on the Internet. Was there an advertisement posted on a restroom wall somewhere or what?

I wish you the best in collecting from these clowns, but you've really got to learn to do your due diligence when looking for casinos to play at. Towards that end I'd suggest you take a look at the accredited list here on this site.
