I think you mean "risk-free", where you can withdraw your deposit before meeting the wagering requirements, rather than "up front".

Inter's bonus is still a good one, no matter that you can't play it "risk-free".

Especially since people were saying that they had been banned from bonuses there all together and the only common thing among them was that they were withdrawing their deposit.

If they started taking U.S. again, I'd be all over Inter.
