BitStarz - me no likee

Before I start, it is important to note that I have been playing online casinos for real money since 2004. and way longer at their brick and mortar counterparts. I harbor no illusions of consistently winning when I gamble because all casinos, whether virtual or brick-and-mortar, are in business to make money, not provide people with easy money.

However, after nearly five months of play and thousands of dollars in losses, I can say that Bitstarz casino is crooked with near-certainty. So it makes sense that scammer operators would market Bitstarz in the manner they do. Such as putting "Award-winning" next to its name, the laurel leaf crowns signifying various obscure online gaming accolades and awards, the manufactured testimonials by clients like D**** F**** winning big on games that for whatever reason I was never allowed to access due to country restrictions and an extensive section detailing its RNG and explaining "Provability."

But here is the problem and why BitStarz is not a online casino with the optimistic tag line "Dream Big, Win Bigger," and a theft ring that hides behind a slick website, a quick and easy deposit process that is almost all done with crypto (convenient for the site operator due to the difficulty of getting crypto returned once that transaction is confirmed and thus lowering the chances that the inevitable stream of unhappy losers who felt cheated because they were, to zero. Instead, it is another clear example of greedy and shady characters from offshore find a way to exploit the millions of American's who thirst for online gambling while maintaining minimal risk for the crooks stealing people's money.

I do not level charges against any online casino lightly, but the facts speak for themselves. Starting in December 2020 until May 15, 2021, I made BTC deposits of $5,750 approx. These deposits were generally no larger than $50. Well over 60 separate deposits were. Out of all those deposits, I achieved a profit above $15-20 less than five times. Of those occasions, the most I was ever up was less than $200.

A cynic would say it's a case of a sore-sport who cannot handle losing. That is a logical conclusion but a lazy one at that.

Here are some of the highlights from my seven months as a Bitstarz regular:

67 Deposits totaling $5348

3 Withdrawals totaling $140

Bonus terns that were unattainable

The biggest win of any sort was Johnny Cash for $58

The Lucky 7 Three-wheel slot machine and never produced anything better than three single bars for 60 credits. Or the third-lowest award on the paytable. Unusual in that this is the slot machine I played far and away more than any other but could never manage a triple cherry or three double

Avg wager for Player Blackjack was 46% smaller than the wager made when the dealer recorded a blackjack.

Over a 30 hand session of baccarat, I wagered on the player the first 15 hands, and the banker won 13-1-1. When I switched up and bet the banker the next 25 hands, the player came alive amazingly and went 12-2-1. Leaving me, the player dazed and broke.

On one occasion, I was awarded 180 free spins from some promotion and won $2.85.

Casino gambling is a high-risk, high reward activity where losses are more common than wins. However, there are still the occasional times when Lady Luck shines on you with modest success at the least or a nice big jackpot on the upper-end of expectations. As long and often as I played at Bitstarz, with the amount of BTC deposited, it seems inconceivable to have never hit a single jackpot, go on a heater at the Black Jack table, or win anything more than a buy-in. It makes one wonder because such a dry spell doesn't happen unless it is being made to happen.
.
Whether it was blackjack, slot machines, or baccarat, 99% of the sessions were the same. I lost the first bet and never got back to even from there.

Raise the issue with the Bitstarz customer service, and they ignore the concern and immediately start talking in technical jargon about the RNG and that with an RNG, all have to be on the level. All the while, Bitstarz keeps on taking people's money and sending them offline broke.

What they are doing is stealing because the chances of winning with Bitstarz is almost nil and with gambling, the chances for success might not be high but they are not zero as Bitstarz would have you think,

How could anyone expect Bitstarz to turn out different.

Hi Neil,

Olle here from BitStarz and first of all, I'm really sorry for the late reply here.

So, in regards to the above, it took me awhile go through your account(s) as you managed to open 7 of them here at BitStarz. Although that is besides the point, I noticed by going through previous chats you've had with our support that you wrote something similar to them regarding us being rigged and you'd post about us in every reddit thread you could find.

"The worst part is for all that money I lost all I got was some shitty bonus that I could never play long enough to withdraw. I can't wait to hammer your site on any message board or reddit feed I can find. That is a bey."

That was over a month ago, and you kept on playing for over a month after that as far as I can see, with some decent wins in there too. Again, it's a bit hard for me to piece together this puzzle as you've got 7 accounts with us that I could find (linked via browser with disposable emails). But it's clear that you've had some wins way above what you're mentioning here.

Judging by what you wrote however, I think perhaps BitStarz might not be the place for you. I'm not the guy to dictate what you do on other sites, but gambling shouldn't result in these kind of feelings, so maybe a break or applying some limits might be a good idea?

Olle

Bitstarz is an award winning casino at Casinomeister
Laugh. You ever win anything at Bitstarz? I got better things to do than bitch about nothing. And I have been visiting this site for over 10 years so I am no newbie Mr. Sarcasssssam
Well looks like my sarcasm was justified doesn't it?
Why would you open 7 accounts at a scam casino?
Why would you threaten them with bad publicity then keep playing for another month?
Looks like your post is missing quite a bit of detail ;)
@Casinomeister

Hi Bitstarz - and thank you for your reply that seems to sum up what's happening here: a disgruntled and sore loser.

BitStarz was founded 7 years ago...
He may have been referring to this site: Casinomeister. I'm not sure. But regardless he must have known about our forum rules specifically this one here:

1.17 - Exploiting Your Membership Do not threaten casino operations with blackmail. Mentioning that you are a member is fine, but don't try to instill fear in a casino operation by threatening to post bad reviews or roguing them. Leave the roguing to Casinomeister - it's tricky business and not for amateurs. Do not badger casino reps for bonuses or other perks. Casino reps are here to either solve problems or provide information. They are not here to be exploited.

Forum Rule 1.17: Exploiting Your Membership

So I guess you should have given him better bonuses to his seven(!?) accounts. :p

wow 7 accounts well thats something new, I might understand opening 2 accounts as if someone forgot having account in some casino but your case is unique!

Anyways i had few deposits at Bitstarz and no luck there but Bonanza is acting weird everywhere sooo cant blame them.

I also have had some terrible bad streaks at Bitstarz, and I am not playing there anymore - simply I can't win on that casino,

BUT

I must admit Olle is a great rep, everytime there is a issue or a problem, he does his true best to get it fixed.

"So many games, so many chances to find cold games. It's a place that I love even tho I haven't cashed once but the selection is really fun, but I have never had that moment where the casino gives back. So I had to put that place on hiatus. The gambling world I get can land some huge hits on these games and people bash RTG , but I have consistently made money off rtg and these other big flashy companies are cold as fuck 99% of the time , least for me they are."

That quote says it all. I have not cashed once.
I guess you haven't played at Videoslots if you have Bitstarz prob wouldn't look so bad.

I can complain because they don't treat me as a loyal player, but in three years I deposited 13k and withdrew 12.4k,
so 600 euros is a very acceptable loss, among other things they are very quick to pay,
even with the bank transfer the money arrives to the bank account in 24 hours.

@neilzelkinUSA

Geez.. How embarrassing of you. ?‍♂️

A cynic would say it's a case of a sore-sport who cannot handle losing. That is a logical conclusion but a lazy one at that.

Nah, that's a factual conclusion.. You're a sore-sport who couldn't handle losing and attempted to drag Bitstarz's name through the mud
out of frustration.. Not cool.

Also, I sincerely hope Bitstarz washes their hands with you and cuts ties.. especially since having multiple different accounts goes strictly
against their TOC, surely.

And the guy never came back to offer a rebuttal, which is a shame since I wanted to hear him out a bit more. As for the not taking US players, this guy was apparently flying under the radar with numerous email addys' VPNs, etc.

In fact, he's done it here as well with a PAB submitted in 2017 using a different account. Funny thing is that his PAB is almost identical to his complaint here - but with a different casino.

I am glad I stirred up so much debate. I have only two posts here because I rarely, if ever, see the need to waste time and get involved with these threads. Casinomeister has been a valuable guide to me for a long time. So just because I don't post and didn't actually sign up until a few years ago doesn't mean squat.

Do I have to have 6,436 posts to be credible and know what I am, talking about? Everyone is entitled to their opinion. And my opinion is and always will be that bitstarz is a place to go and throw money virtually 99.9% of the time. They can take their 180 free spins and bogus playthrough requirements, award-winning customer service LOL, and meaningless industry awards and put them all in a box, and that box would label SCAMMERS.

Open up your player statistics Bitstarz. Be fully transparent. Your an award-winning site and upstanding business, so it shouldn't be a problem? Then take those stats and compare them to those of a truly legit casino like Borgata, for example, and I guarantee with 100% certainty that Bitstarz and all of its accolades would be finished and if the numbers are as bad as I suspect, criminally charged with fraud.

So go ahead Bitstsrz open the books or STFU.

And casinomeister your backing of Bitstarz is a poor mark on your resume my friend.

P.S. -- Of course I hate to lose. Who doesn't? IBut I also win. So when I ;lose every single time it isn't losing it ripping me off.

you can have one post and be credible, ignoring the questions make you sound not though.
How are you playing there when they don't accept US players? Was this agreed with them?
Why do you have 7 accounts? You agreed this with them?

You've got to be absolutely kidding me. Sorry Neil, but you are 100% in the wrong here - and most everyone in this forum can see this. You've signed up in this forum twice; the other account is with a failed PAB against another casino: Betcoin - which is nearly identical to your whiny post about Bitstarz. Obviously you feel a certain amount of entitlement by ignoring OUR RULES about having multiple accounts. The same goes with your questionable behavior at the casinos themselves.

The only fraudster here is you. I was going to let you explain the reasons why you have no less that two accounts here, and seven accounts at Bitstarz, but why should I bother giving a soapbox to someone who disrespects me and the forum members by flagrant violations of our rules?

1.9 - Do not register an account fraudulently. Fraudulent accounts are defined as accounts created specifically to flame others (hiding behind a mask of anonymity), or accounts opened primarily to spam the board, act as shills, trolls, sock puppets, or any other anti-social behavior. Do not register more than one account in the forum. Additional accounts will be deemed as bogus, and you may find yourself out on the sidewalk lying on your back staring at the stars. If you share a computer with another member (boyfriend, girlfriend, pet goldfish...), please let us know so that we won't suspect you of being dodgy.
Check.

1.10 - Members who commit player fraud (fraud inspired chargebacks, fake accounts, gnoming, multiple accounts, etc.) will be banned from the forum.
Check.

Check.

1.18 - Don't be a PITA Members who just don't have a clue on what is socially acceptable, or are just too annoying will have their accounts closed. The administration and moderators of Casinomeister reserve the right to close accounts at our discretion. This may be a public forum that encourages freedom of expression, but it's still our house. Abuse it and lose it.

And check.

Adios amigo. And happy trails to you.

Actually having an issue with bitstarz the last 2 days regarding security and they are blaming me and not even looking at how someone is supposedly trying to login my account. Less than desired responses for something so serious. Have not accessed bitstarz in months and defo not today when I got another security email saying someone was trying to log in.

I only accessed it when I got the security email this week and I changed my password, but got another email today and I was not on bitstarz..

Good thing you changed your password quickly. I am sure Olle would look into it for you :)

Hi there,

Thanks for the feedback although its not the feedback I would have hoped for of course.

Perhaps you can elaborate as to how you felt they were blaming you for this? There must have been a misunderstanding as
I don't see why support would blame you for someone trying to login to your account that wasn't you?

I was looking through the conversation you had with the support and saw the following conversation:

You:

"Hello

What is going on with your site?

This was not me today and I have already changed my password.

Thanks"

Our Support:

"Hi there

Please ensure that when you log into a public device, you log out and delete your information off of any public computers.
Furthermore, please protect your login information to prevent this from happening in the future.

Thank you for contacting Bitstarz!

Best regards,

Norman

You:

"Hi, not on a public device and not even accessed your site today."

Our Support:

"Hi there,

There has been no activity on the account since the attempted login. I would suggest logging into your account and setting up 2-factor authentication as an extra security precaution.

If there is anything you need please let us know.

Best regards,

Greg
Support Hero"

Was it the remark about the assumption of being logged in on a public device? I don't think it was meant as an accusation but obviously sorry if it came across that way.

If you'd like to play at BitStarz in the future, I strongly recommend the 2FA just to ensure you've got an extra layer of protection and remember you've got a first deposit bonus waiting for you if you wish to make your first deposit over here :)

Olle
