Bitstarz getting on my nerves

Hi guys,

We Chinese love to play table games like baccarat and paigow. At Bitstarz just a few days ago I made a deposit of 30, wagered this amount at the live casino and won. I then wagered 60 and it was a tie. I had to wager 3x deposit before a withdrawal (min.50) which I did but then I received a mail claiming I didnt wager 3x the deposit and they cancelled my w/d. Talk about simple math. 30+ 60 is 3x the deposit and they cancelled my w/d again. I objected and then they proceeded with my w/d. Today again I deposited 25, won on baccarat and lumped the whole 50 on paigow. They sent me a rude email saying my wagering was not genuine and cancelled my w/d. These deposits are bonus-free and I can play any gamee I wish and there's nothing ungenuine about playing live games or casino table games. I would like the casino rep to come out and explain what genuine play is.

Hi guys,

Thanks for pinging me :) and yeah, in the future, would be awesome if you could tag me in the thread, to ensure a fast reply as they say :)

As far as I understood from support, you very often make a deposit, place one bet, and then withdraw, which might be interpreted as a bit odd. Now, as much as I'm a dinosaur in the industry, I don't pretend for a second that I'm like the oracle from The Matrix.

But to be straight forward here, I'm also a bit curious I have to say, why you'd make a deposit, play one game round and then withdraw, on a constant basis. Again, you'll have to pardon my potential ignorance, but it can come across as someone that doesn't really have much intention to play.

You're more than welcome to explain this to me, and perhaps this is an opportunity for me to learn something new.

Olle

Edit: There are also some concerns regarding attempts to deposit and withdraw across multiple payment options, which is not relevant to this particular topic, but called us to be a bit more cautious regarding your account.

I won't go into details here publicly unless you consent to that as I do not want to share too much sensitive information. But as that's a big no-no, other actions on your end that are slightly out of the ordinary is more concerning perhaps than it would be otherwise.

You imposed a 3x wagering requirement on me so I play by the rules. In real life, I often go to Macau to play one or 2 paigow games and its all or bust. I havent broken any rules so you are in no position to cancel my withdrawal. As for saying my gameplay is not genuine I regard that as an insult as the games are genuine and I play with cold, hard cash. No offence to other players but we Chinese like to play Baccarat/Paigow and you can regard as our culture. Since I played by your rules you have no right to cancel my withdrawal and btw you havent exactly told me why the support's math is so bad they cannot add30 and 60 meaning I wagered 3x in one of my earlier deposits. They cancelled my w/d twice so it was deliberate.

Hi there,

I hope I don't come across as a rude and judgemental person, and hasn't been my intention of any of my questions to you. But I asked very kindly and respectfully if you could enlighten me as to why you're doing something that comes across as a bit odd (no offense).

I don't think that the way I asked was hostile in any way, and it's coming from a place of curiosity. So I'm just curious as you would deposit 50 USD place a bet or two and cashout 50 USD. Maybe I'm going insane from the lockdown I've been in for two months, but when I deposit 50 USD, my intention as a gambler is not to place two bets and cash out the same amount as I deposited. I'm not saying that you did anything against the rules, I just think it's a bit odd, and I'm inviting you to educate me on that.

Also, since you have in the past attempted to deposit with crypto and cashout to other methods, and when asked to not do that, try to mix it with deposits from other methods, and attempt to cash out again, that raises some red flags, which means that we might be keen on asking some questions about other things that you do which are out of the ordinary.

What I'm trying to do here is to make sense of what you're doing, so I'm simply asking you to help me understand that.

Regardless of what's odd or not, completing the minimum 3x wagering requirement is all the casino needs to look at. Chuchu is probably a smart gambler and he can deposit and cash out as much or as little as he wants, as long as he complies with the rules. And he did, so why these questions Olle, and why did the casino deny his cashout twice?

Well, I play by the rules and we Chinese like to play even money games and quit when we get 2x or bust. There are no rules forbidding this and as I had pointed out you have no right to refuse my withdrawal as I had completed 3x wagering. I reiterate you have no right to dictate my play especially since this is a bonus-free deposit. I am not here to satisfy a casino's curiousity and play just to make me happy. I noticed you just reversed my w/d again and I am not pleased.

No idea for sure I assume they are suspecting money laundering?? If so they should follow what ever procedure they have for that not just keep denying and reversing your withdrawals.

Very frustrating

Such a behaviour for sure would trigger SOW and other checks in most of places.. Withdraw attempts with cross methods and very minimal gameplay together is very common way from player to request to be SOW verified :)

I guess the point was he / she has used some deposit method but different withdrawal method and that's why WD requests have been cancelled. Sufficient reason for casinos to cancel WD's.
It's basic rule for the player that always use same WD method with which you have deposited.

Hi there,

Just so there's no misunderstanding :)

The player has in the past deposited in crypto and tried to cashout via ecopayz. When instructed that this is not permissable, he deposited with ecopayz and tired to cashout both the new ecopayz deposit + the ones deposited with crypto to cover the tracks.

It's irrelevant to this conversation, but as that was an attempt made in the past by the player, it was a bit concerning to see him doing new things that came across as odd.

This time it was purely an Ecopayz transactions as the player mentioned and he was cashed out in full.
