Bitstarz denied and stole 4 btc from me

But why keep his deposits..If the his game was unvalid why are they STEALING his 8 deposits. Im sorry but i can not call it something ells. They are stealing it i totaly understand that they dont wont to pay his winnings but at least the should pay back the deposits.

Bitstarz is an award winning casino at Casinomeister
50 deposits

Because he had more than 8 deposits he had like 50 or something he said. He played there for 8 months is what he said but the facts somehow got twisted here in this thread to sound like it was only eight deposits when he clearly said like 50 deposits.

No need to be so pointed. You don't have all of the facts, and neither do I since I shit-canned the chance for his PAB because of the player's obnoxious behavior.

But if he was from the States, he would have seen this in the T&Cs "If you are a player from Spain, France, the UK, US or any of its states, you won't be allowed to play real money wagering games including bitcoins." So the casino - as far as I can tell - does not take bets from the US.

My gut feeling tells me that he is not in the States by looking at his CM profile, posting behavior, and language. He is just using an VPN to cloak his whereabouts, and is guilty of opening several accounts at Bitstarz like he did here.

To test this, I used an US IP address to set up a phony account at Bitstarz. I only got as far as verifying my account and filling out the personal info in my account section. US is not offered as a country - neither is France, the UK, Spain, etc. So he did not sign up from the States using Bitcoin.

Hey Brian, im from the states and play there with Bitcoin, i have deposited and withdrew, i have not given them any info except for bitcoin address and email,

This guys is freakin relentless. He has filed 4 or 5 complaints with us (almost daily now). He is non stop with his claims of being ripped off. I contacted Bitstarz to get clarification on their KYC and ID checks for BTC players and they assured me they have never been anonymous when it comes to their players. BTC or no BTC. They pointed me to this thread so I could see it wasn't just about his name not being correct in his Bitstarz account but that he also had multiple accounts from his web browser.

This is the reply I received from Bitstarz...

This is today's complaint from this guy which actually implies he isfrom the US...

So Ken, as you probably read in the email I just sent you, it's over. You are not going to be paid 4BTC from Bitstarz. You broke their terms not only with false personal information but multiple accounts as well. Deny it as much as you like. Bug the sh*t out of us as much as you like. Beat this to death on the forum for as much as Bryan will take it, but you are not getting the 4BTC you claim you are owed from Bitstarz. Move on. And next time use your real name and stick with one account per name, household and IP.

Which he implies he's from the US? Please, lets not pretend this is suddenly against the rules. Bitzstars is well known for allowing americans to use a VPN to play restricted games.

They are anonomyous, They do not do any ID checks. I have signed up, played, deposited, cashed out and withdrew, so have friends of mine, no id checks...

Also a bitcoin casino is supposed to be anonomyous, i have played on 4-5 of them and have never needed ID.. And i play for big numbers, so its not just that they might not check a $25 depositor

I too am from the USA and have an account. I have not deposited in it but i did play the welcome bonus. I see where some players say they have deposited a lot and they are a good casino. My only question is, have anyone from the USA ever withdrawn a lot with no problems. At any casino that I have played, depositing has been easy. The real test is if and when you win how easy is it to get your funds?

I was interested in doing this awhile ago because I wanted to play netent. I asked the person who told me I can do this to show me evidence that the casino is okay with it. They showed me conversations with the casino and other proof that they do indeed allow it. As per the previous poster stated, players have never been asked for ID and all this other stuff because the whole concept is to remain unknown.

So Now, publicly they are pretending this is suddenly against their terms and their policy to ask for ID.. which is only going hurt their business and most likely the rest of bitcoin casino's because people reading this are now going to be scared. But thats their problem and not mine. I just dont like when reps come on here and pretend that what they were requesting is the norm. it isnt and they know it and so does anyone reading this that plays bitcoin

I never ended up depositing myself because I was nervous if I hit I wouldnt get paid.

Not pretending to know all the (underlying) facts, but if he has made multiple deposits and took no bonus, how do you know for sure he's a cheater when he used VPN? (the guy may be obnoxious, but so can I on a bad day). In any case, his deposits should be returned because the casino apparently allowed him to make deposit after deposit while they already knew he would never be paid any winnings.

Also, very confusing to read about US players not being allowed and another post claiming that Bitstarz do accept them.

On bitstarz was 2 Bit coin withdrawal took about 5 minutes.

On another bitcoin casino have withdrawn 10 bitcoin when they were around 3200 and it took less then a minute to recieve

Gonzo, I know this may surprise you, but I really like playing there and I will continue to play there. The following is what I was told, and I have every reason to believe it is true: "Your region will never factor in to your ability or inability to cash out." Every thread I have read about Bitstarz denying a w/d has always been resolved. I'm sure I haven't read every single posting on the matter, so please don't put my feet to the fire! lol:) I'm simply saying this is true in so far as what I've personally read. On the whole, I believe them to be fair.

The exception to this, I feel, is when they suspect that a player is trying to take advantage of them. Then the gloves come off and things get dirty. It's like they perceive this as a free pass to deviate from their normal moral highground. Again, I want to reiterate, this is my OPINION. Nothing more. Nothing less.

I'm not worried one bit about anything like this happening to me because I have established an open, friendly relationship with them. And this, I think, goes a long way in ensuring a successful online gaming experience.

Keep in mind. Just because players have been able to cash out at Bitstarz anonymously using Bitcoins doesn't mean the casino has to allow it. If you sign up with a false name and win a large some of money like this guy did, the casino can ask for valid ID. It's in their terms....
3.2.11 You may only use your own personal credit/debit card or other payment method to fund your Account. The name appearing on the credit cards, or registered on the payment accounts used for deposits or payouts must correspond to the name registered on your Account.

4.1.4 All information that You provide to Bitstarz.com during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and that You shall immediately notify Bitstarz.com of any change of such information

Also for those players playing from the US. Same thing. If you win big and Bitstarz wants to confiscate your winnings they can. US players are not allowed to play at Bitstarz. As Bryan pointed out earlier, it's in their terms...
3.1.7 If you are a player from the US or any of its states, you won't be allowed to play real money wagering games.

Keep in mind. Just because players have been able to cash out at Bitstarz anonymously using Bitcoins doesn't mean the casino has to allow it.

Boo. I don't think you'll have to worry about that. This will be my first thought when planning where to deposit.
I get it. Don't be a shady player.... It's just that your words feel a little bit more than ominous and farther reaching than is comfortable

That's not fair. He's trying to warn you, just like I did. I have no doubt that they will pay before an account gets closed, just be prepared that it can happen.

What I thought would be the best thing to do was to NOT post about it all the time. In the end maybe they will have to restrict your country just because of it.
There is a reason why they deny taking people from restricted countries when we ask in chat, or they would of course be open with it.

I think it's great that Bitcoin is letting you all play more easy now but please be careful.

I'm sorry. I thought it was you that first addressed this by asking me how I played there since I was from the US.
None of this is a secret, and since I've heard only reassurances up to this point, I feel justified sharing how this post made me feel.

Taking the point of view that they're doing US players a favor by allowing us to play is ridiculous. We're paying to play just like everyone else. It is a two sided relationship and both parties have rights and responsibilities. Adhering to this is my take on what is fair.

I was hoping you would listen but you do as you want to do of course. I am still just warning you and so did they.

Is it not a little risky playing at a casino where the t's and c's prohibit you to play?

It is all good and well having a gentlemen agreement, but that can turn really sour in case of a very significant withdrawal request with no come back because the t's and c's is what is going to be adhered to.

Thats exactly why I didnt bother. If I won $100,000 they can easily rip me off by saying hey you broke our terms.

The problem is, this casino and others went on reputation that players get paid from the USA. I know dozens of americans who do this. I even spoke to the casino many months ago and while they didnt want to say the words, they said yes in a round about way.

"Can I use a vpn to play"

Response "what we dont know, we wont address"

That alone isnt enough to make me feel secure but to see conversations between management and some american players was. And then seeing the proof of cashouts and the word of americans I trust was more than enough. I still didnt bother though. Because of this exact situation that has arisen.

I would never even have commented on this because I do feel for the american players and was happy they found places to play their favorite games. So it wasnt my business to air it out. I only decided to say what I knew after americans chimed in and stated what I already knew.

I dont see how the rep has expressed himself and used terms here to be appreciated by the management of the casino. And I can say the same for other bitcoin casinos reading this. They work on anonymity and probably dont appreciate it either. And again not my problem but I do feel for american players

And talking to people very familiar with the business, the very intention/creation of bitcoin casino was because they saw a market with the Americans. So now with the comments of the rep, they are basically saying we will screw american players if they win too big? I think the rep was fine saying and proving that the person had multiple accounts and did on the same browser but I dont think they needed to start quoting terms they dont follow or abide by themselves because all it has done is cast a dark light on americans and bitcoin.

Yeah so ibwas curious about this so i decided to sign up here and in doing so i spoke with there employee through the chat and then he instructed me exactly what to do to play if im from the usa . He even told me to put incorrect info in the profile which i believe is the same rule they say the person that posted this thread they say broke. Lol seemed like they just wanted me to sign up and take my money too. I wonder if i won big if they would have taken my money for violing there terms they told me to break too.

Bitstarz investigation

I was hoping you would listen but you do as you want to do of course. I am still just warning you and so did they.

I was talking to a pal of mine at softswiss earlier and I guess softswiss might be removing there platform and all games from bitstarz due to them breaching there contract allowing USA player and U.K. Players to play and deposit on there site. They are currently investigating them. And I guess bitstarz has been letting players from USA deposit for a while now and confiscating all there money when ever any of them won a large amount. So I would be careful playing at bitstarz it seems like there problems are just starting.

I was actually going to help this guy - look into his case in detail - but the fact that he kept signing up in this forum trying to make us think he was different people pretty much derailed the whole thing.

Then of course his emails that I've been receiving.

You know I signed up with your site because I got robbed by bitstarz and wanted justice and to for someone if anyone could help. But from what I understand of it now it is far from what it says it is . It seems to be a bunch of people working for casinos and then you go and silence the person with the complaint then in the forum s you guys try to change the subject and make things up. Why would you really ban a member if you all ready shitcanned the pab
let me then just defend myself. The reason you don't is cuz your a fraud your whole site is. But people can see through that. That's why you will ultimatly just be a failure. Sure u might make a lil money from these people but if your site really was what it pretended to be it would blow up. But when u ban someone just for putting it out there that shows u something. U might of meant all what you put on your site twenty years ago but no your no worse than those fraud casinos. Ban me for life I don't care your just a pussy ass bitch for because you won't post the truth and you can't even debate with someone on your forum because you will look like a fucking retarded fraud that is full of shit and everyone will u just paid bitch on the casinos payroll fuck your life and eat a dick

And this beauty.

Just wanted to let u know that your a straight sell out fake fraud pussy ass bitch. Retire or die or something so someone that is genuine can take over and not be such a pussy that gets paid by these casinos that steal from people

I told the guy to be patient, follow the forum rules by not opening multiple accounts, and this is what I get? What a fuck twit.
