Resolved Bitstarz cashout, deposits and account issues

Hi. So I was at my buddies house who also play on bitstarz and I was using his wifi. So I deposited 0.01BTC in total and I happend to win 0.016BTC, so I went ahead and requested cashout of 0.015BTC. Then suddenly it logged me off and when I tried to log in I got message saying my account is disabled. I checked my email and there was a message from bitstarz saying something about duplicate account (I only had one acccount) and that my withdrawal was confiscated and they adding my last deposit to the account so I can withdraw it and then they will close my account for good. I deposited 10 times 0.001 and they only gave me back the last deposit which was also 0.001BTC. I dont even care that they stole my cashout request, but all I wanted from them was all my deposits. They ignored all my requests and only gave me 0.001 to withdraw, and so I did because I did not want to lose that as well. I dont know where they withdrew it because I have not recieved it at all. But it is gone from the account, which by the way is still not disabled and I can log in to it. So basically they stole my cashout request, they stole all my deposits and they also stole that little 0.001 which they were suppoused to let me withdraw. THE ACCOUNT IS STILL ACTIVE THO. This is total bullshit. How can such big casino steal money from poor people? I dont ever want to play on their website, and my buddy also sent them message to disable his account because he found it very not cool and basically a scam. I also tried to open up their chat which never worked btw, and so my buddy tried also, and it does not work. This is the biggest scam casino I have ever came across.

Is there anything I can do to get my deposits back or should I just accept that they stole it from me?

Hi - bitstarz have a rep here who should be able to help.
FTR have edited title to remove the word 'stole' in relation to your cash-outs and deposits, it's inflammatory language and no such action has been established.
If you require help, please use reasonable terms reflective of the current situation until such accusations have been proven.

Yeah well from my point of view that's exactly what happend regards stealing.. But I understand what you saying and apologize.
Although I think I have all rights to be pissed off at the moment. I know the amount might look very small to some people, but to me, money is money. I don't understand why would they take all deposits and just give me the last one (which I never received anyway).
Also I dont understand how can they even prove anyone has two accounts? I mean.. if I happend to gamble where wifi was free and there was another random dude also gambling on the same wifi they would also disable both accounts claiming its duplicates? This does not make any sense to me and it just looks like they look for cheap excuse to not pay out and keep the deposits. Just imagine how much money they make for such actions as this, without even smallest proof that the rules were broken. They did not provide any proof whatsoever regards me having duplicates accounts. From my understanding all this is just based on the same wifi usage, which does not prove duplicate accounts at all. I understand the rule ''one account per household'' but I dont live at my buddies and the only reason I used his wifi is because I had used it in the past and my laptop connected to it automatically which I did not even realize.

They ignored all my messages and I'm not going to be chasing after them to ask for help. By ignoring me they showed they don't care about customers and Im asking where can I make official complaint.

also, from the looks of that letter seems this is not the first time you have been accused of multiple accounts. Maybe I’m reading it wrong.
 
Being accused and been proved are two different things.

They at least let me withdrew my current balance which was 0.028BTC
Bitstarz literally stole my current balance (0.015BTC) and my deposits (0.010). The 0.001 which they 'let me withdraw' also never arrived to my wallet.

I sent @BitStarz message a while ago. I have been ignored, again. So I messaged now, again. Not expecting any reply though.
I already submited complain on 'casino-guru', is that the right place to do so? And/or is there any other place I could/should do it?

I posted it so you can learn how to handle shit. Instead of taking both my winnings and my deposits. If I couldn't win anything anyway, then deposits was pointless.

There's a screenshot in the first post.... But ok I guess it could be not clear enough since for whatever reason the quality is bad.

BTW I just checked and the account on bitstarz is still working. So according to ya'll my account was against your rules and you were supposed to disable it after confiscation of my balance. Since you did not disable it, it looks like the account is good? But the balance gone of course.... Or maybe you expecting me to make more deposits, huh?

Alright, I've had a quick look.

It looks like the accounts are linked via browser use on the same device. So it's not the case of just using the same Wifi, but the same device too, which is a bit unorthodox in the eyes of our verification guys.

This is of course against the rules in any casino, but in all honesty I tend to only enforce these types of rules if the linked accounts have both taken the welcome bonuses or are systematically trying to claim as many offers as possible. I don't really see that here, so I don't think it's fair to confiscate the funds on those grounds.

The support guys just went by the book, but we can always give things a second look. So in conclusion, your balance will be restored and account opened.

I honestly don't care what you do with the account. I also don't care about you declining my withdrawal and taking my balance. What I care about is that you did not give me back my all deposits which I find very not fair, since I was unable to win anything anyway, although I had no idea about it. And if I did not happen to request withdrawal at that point I would probably put even more money in deposits which also would be pointless and sooner or later lost.
I also know I spammed your email a little bit with some childish words, but to be honest I lost many hours gambling on your website and when I finally thought I won something then everything was gone in a split of a second. So I kind of lost my head at that point.

We have a no tolerance policy - especially to new members - who violate the rules concerning complaints.

Your above posts are not only tactless, rude, and way out of line, but border on blackmailing a casino to make them do what you want them to do.

Keep it up and see what happens.

Although I'm grateful for Olle solving the problem, the thing is he did not do it for me but for their casino reputation.

I was asking you to abide by our rules that enable us to keep these discussions balanced and on target. In other words, to act like an adult without the insults. Unfortunately, this seems to be a difficult task for you.

I get it, you're angry. But this doesn't mean you can act entitled here as if the rules don't apply to you. When I say "see what happens" means just that. You can't behave like an adult here? Then adios. I'm an ass kisser? No, I'm an ass-kicker who just booted you outta here.
