Thanks for the input guys. I cannot understand why Bitdreams is stalling such a smll payment at the risk of harming its reputation over such a small sum. I have also never seen a forum rep act so irresponsibly as if its none of his business. The fact that the price of bitcoin had declined rapidly might have been the real problem but its something the casino has to work out for itself. I personally do not like using bitcoin for payments but it is the only option for me after ecopayz curtailed the use of bank transfer to them from Hong Kong.
