Bitcoincasino.io confiscated funds and closed account.

On November 9, 2021 I was able to open an account at Bitcoincasino.io and made a deposit of .006 BTC. After that I won and request to withdraw and it was successful with no Issues right away, without having to verify my account. So at this point I thought it was ok to keep playing, because customer support told me I would not have any problems. So I made few more deposits lost a lot of money. I then received free spins bonus and I played all of it and only have .000001 of a Bitcoin not even enough for one spin at the smallest bet amount. So I made a deposit played and won then attempt to cash out.on my second attempt to withdraw .12 BTC. This time it did not get process right away, and I was request to upload documents to verify my account beforey withdrawal can be processed and I did upload my documents. Until the next day customer support told me that my withdrawal was rejected and credits have been adjusted to .050 BTC and placed back into my account and ready to play. They told me, because I was playing with bonus money and wager was not done. So I lost .062 BTC. I accepted that and continued to play and won and attempt to cash out .10 BTC this time they keep on telling me that it will be process soon and 2 days later they closed my account and confiscated my funds because my country is restricted. they claim that I was using VPN to mask my IP address to sign up and access their website. because they have restricted USA players from having access to their website. that’s is not true. I did not use vpn to sign up. I was able to sign up with just an email and created password and even was able to deposit and play. so why did they allowed me to play even after I upload my documents. Please help me. Below are all the transaction and transcripts.

No worries. Max was just letting you know that once we start processing your PAB that you should wait until it's finished before posting about it. The majority of PABs start with forum posts anyway. I've removed the images you had linked to Ask Gamblers though. You can submit those images in your PAB ticket.

Hope everything works out for you.

One thing to note, at all Dama/N1 casinos you can clearly see your active bonuses in the promo section and can cancel them with ease so this problem will not occur.

This is just a note to anyone reading this thread so the same issue doesn’t happen to them.
