Hello all. As you know I had a great April gambling wise. For May I decided to open an account and play at Rizk. 99% of my deposits went to Rizk for May. I have to say firstly I enjoy the games and how smoothly they pay. I have had the worst luck since I began each session. The most I got over my starting balance was €10 to €15. Needless to say I have lost every single deposit 7 in total have been losers. I am currently only up to half way through level 11.

To add insult to injury when I got to the level 10 wheel all I got was 10 race points. Seriously?? Like I have any hope of actually getting anywhere with the race to begin with.

I do have one major complaint. The free spins rewards are on crappy slots. If Rizk is about rewards and no bullshit then why don't they offer free spins on slots that have better stakes like twin spin for example??? All I have been offered so far are slots that have a €0.10 bet which totally sucks. Very little chance on recovering any profit with those values.

I did ask for a comp and was awarded 35 free spins which was nice; however they were on the same shitty slots.

I know my TRTP at Rizk has to be around 70% which totally sucks over a total of 7 deposits. I just wished the rewards were better for us losing folk. Instead of 35 free spins on €0.10 denom slotswhy not give a €10 or €20 credit. PS the Wheel of Rizk sucks.

I have to say I was long looking forward to being able to play at Rizk but found th experience frustrating beyond belief with such bad returns on slots that usually behave a bit better at every other casino I play at.

I am putting my tin hat on here and call me freaking crazy cause I am :D but casinos operating under an Irish license seem to have RTPs that incorporate the new tax burdens that casinos pay the Irish government thereby passing the burden to Irish players. This is the only way I can explain how weirdly these games play. So now I am in the position that winning a cashout at Rizk is very very difficult.

I agree insofar that a few free spins at nominal value isn't much to go on. It acts as more of a gimmick and is about as useful as trying to play 'pick up sticks with your buttcheeks'.

I much prefer an outright cash rebate or 10+ super spins on a game of my choice, if possible. LeoVegas have been incorporating this fairly recently, where you also could choose 20 spins@ 50p instead of say 10 spins@ £1. It gives something back to the player, which is what it's all about.

I doubt the RTP has been adjusted to for Irish tax purposes, more like you're going through a pretty bad run. We all have it. My average cashout is maybe one in fifteen deposits to be fair.

Maybe best to try different games or play other places that knock out the rewards. I don't envisage that you're bad luck is going to continue forever

Sorry Osulle but losing 7 deposits is nothing unusual.

Last year June-July i went 115 deposits in a row without a single withdrawal. And my deposits are very often 150$ +.

And Rizk is one of the most flexible casinos I have come across in a long time.

Did you know that you can collect your FS and once you have a fair amount exchange them for SuperSpins. Just contact support and they will do it.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I do hope my luck will turn around. However I have to say in all the years I have been playing TS2 I have never had 70+ plus spins with less than half of betsize return with the exception of one spin. I still feel that the games are not playing right at Rizk and Mr Green which both have Irish licenses by the way.

Over my last 7 deposits I have played slots from netent, mg and rarely nyx with the same results. I am not bitching about lack of payout per se but lack of any decent play time at all. The rewards also don't seem to match up with the risk IMHO.

I agree that free spins are almost always a crap reward for a loyal player. Pretty much always the total value is very low.

We have the increased poc tax here in the uk as well osulle. I don't think the games are any different because of it, but I do think it is tougher on everyone.

Personally I think you should seek out some bonuses for your next few deposits osulle, that is my advice. You need to get that feeling of getting good value for your bucks back. Also I know you are an experienced player so you will read the rules and understand them etc.

70% RTP sucks nasty that over several deposits.

I know this but you have to deposit every week in order to build up those spins in order to exchange them which shouldn't be the case IMHO. It creates the atmosphere of chasing losses as far as I can tell. If the free spins had a longer expiration date it would be worth it I suppose. At the rate I am going with 5 to 10 free spins I would be waiting a good while before I could redeem the super spins. So to me this kinda feels like a vicious circle.

BTW I am not bitching about my ability to withdraw but the amount of playtime or lack thereof for each deposit that I have made.

I totally understand, after all, we don't make deposits for the hell of it. And yes people say that you might as well kiss that money goodbye from the outset, yet we're all in it to win something. That is the fundamental point of gambling, otherwise I might as well give my money to my partner. Imagine the blissful silence!

In all honesty though, 243 games are harsh, especially some of the newer variants. Not a great fan....much prefer any 20 or 25- liner any day, plus the session tends to last longer (mostly).

It seems as though you want to bludgeon those slots at those sites into paying out! There's only going to be one winner there. Just play somewhere else for a bit, even if for a change of scenery!! :)

To my knowledge the FS at Rizk have no expiration date, but i am not sure, so i stand to be corrected on this one.

If they have, then of course the upgrade offer is not really a sweetener as you would have to play a lot in a short period to make it worth exchanging the FS for SS.

Same here, i was not complaining about no withdrawals in 115 deposits, it was mostly absolutely atrocious playtime i would get with them. At the moment i am on a similar journey, went the last 16 deposits in 5 days without a withdrawal, no playtime, no fun and not entertainment. At some point i had with 3 casinos over 1800 spins on DOA without a 5OAK or a "free spins" round  .....the money would just disappear at lightening speed.

Pm me your details

Hi Osulle, I get your frustration - harry is pretty much correct here and downsides like this do suck. I know I have had them in casino and poker. Trtp is calculated over millions of game rounds and while it is frustrating there can be huge short term variance as you know.

I am traveling right now but if you can PM me your details I can check your account for you and give you some more info on your actual rtp etc.

The wheel of rizk rewards are based upon the amount that you bet per level and the levels are designed to come around quickly - we could make them longer which would give bigger prizes but with the exchange program you can always just stack your rewards and then exchange them for support sounds or even mega spins should you wish.

Thanks fun4all I decided to forgo bonuses for a while so that if I get a decent win I can withdraw without meeting wagering. I wanted to give Rizk a fair shot but after reaching level 10 which I have read in previous posts is a good level wheel and only get 10x loyalty points I was pissed as you can imagine.

In the last year or so I have found that bonus restrictions re games that I can play and play through requirements have become much more stringent. Now I only play with bonuses on sites that have 24-48 pending period before paying out because otherwise it's not worth it. Interestingly enough my track record at Betat, Slotty Vegas and Mr. Green are very similar although they are over a much longer period.

Maybe Rizk and other casinos that do races can reward players who have had very bad game play over the race, kinda like a reverse race. That way even the losers have a shot to win:)

My bets ranged from anywhere from €0.80 to €0.40 depending on variance of the game. I checked last week and my rtp was around 63.24%. Can't see much improvement over the two deposits I made last night. As I said I haven't gone €15 or so over my starting balance.

Also I don't think the Rizk race is very good as it seems to only apply to high rollers. Video Slots do a more superior race in my opinion. I am not attacking Rizk because I am a sore loser. i am just giving my observations. I have no doubt about the integrity of Rizk casino; you are the good guys and support is phenomenal. I am just giving my observations:)

They are valid for 7 days from your last level up. Therefore as long as you level up at least one every 7 days they will not expire

I think this time frame should be extended to 30 days. For example last week it took two deposits to level up and I think I only got to level 2 or 3 with my welcome bonus the play was so bad. Encouraging weekly deposits in order to keep rewards in my opinion is a slippery slope and may lead some players to chase their losses. Maybe you should ask the bosses to re-visit the length the rewards are valid.

Well tbf you shouldnt put much hope into the wheel thingy and it shouldnt be something that motivates you to play. Its a nice addition, sure but 5fs at 10c each level is pretty much all but guaranteed so i dont see it as something thats going to save your bad session

im level 39 there and only once i got something that wasnt either 5 FS or Race points (got 5 eur somewhere around lvl 17-18 i think) but everything past that was 5fs or race points. And when it comes to fs exchange, i dont think it actually offers better value (and you are probably more likely to win something decent with 50 little fs than hit something big with just 5x $1 spins anyways).

it sounds great in theory, until you realize how last 10-15 levels worth of rewards are translated into 5x $1 free spins on a game you dont really want to play at the first place. I only traded 50fs for 5super once and i have no intentions of doing so ever again. You are also limited to just 4 slots that have a nasty habbit of paying like 1/5 of your bet back (South park, magic portals and i forgot the other 2) so odds of hitting something nice with just 5 spins are... slim?

When i had to chose on which slot to play my $1 spins on, it really felt like chosing lesser of 4 evils :D

@Captain rizk
i know wheel of rizk is not random but it would be nice to make it appear a bit more random though, if anything else by adding more FS symbols to the wheel (5fs ones) because right now its... too obvious its not random. Ive got a wheel with just a few (2 or 3 ) FS symbols on it several times, and every time it landed on one of those few symbols.

Ah and one more thing, that really pisses me off - please remove word brilliant from congrats msg when you get 5 free spins. There is nothing brilliant about winning, whats probably perceived as the worst reward out of the bunch, so it would be nice just to keep it at Congratulations you have won 5 free spins. No really, not at one point i thought how getting 5 free spins at 10c is something brilliant

The wheel is where you left it so you don't lose anything if you don't play for a week. Just get rid of those spins if you know you won't play.

I'm no fan of the wheel and I got 10 race points on level 40 and 10 free spins on 50. Then I won a huge $3 on the race:eek2:
But it doesn't matter much to me. I have cashed out several times already, on free spins. Don't forget that it is possible even if you've been unlucky so far.

It's rare hearing you rant. I maybe should start myself and shock people some:)

Exactly but in my case the 4 casino game choices are Starburst otherwise known as Sh**burst, Attraction ( to me its detraction) , Pyramid (Ponzi slot) and the last one I can't remember but equally shitty.

The wheel ought to have more excitement and at least give the players a shot of higher rewards or the mythical jackpot. If this is the new rewards program that was brought in I shudder to think what it was before:eek: At least they can drop the stupid race points that are meaningless to the vast majority of players that spin the wheel would be an improvement.

LOL I can always count on you Sara to put a smile on my face. I rarely complain but sometimes it has to be done. A girl has to vent sometimes:)
