I will like to warn others of this scam rogue low life bottom feeders at bitcasino.io.

The first red flag should have been if bitcasino.io can use stolen software, what else can they do.

Over a year ago I signed up for this scam casino. The only information asked during sign up was email address and password. No name or address asked and no KYC is asked.

I made a deposit to this casino, played for a while and successfully made a withdrawal. Something happened to my computer and my saved login information disapeared. I used a disposable email to decrease spam but do not remember exactly which one. Stupid of me!

Reached out to bitcasino.io, provided enough information with which they were able to locate my account. The only person that could know such information is the account holder.

This is when the rogue bottom feeders saw an opportunity to steal from me. They asked for KYC through a third party knowing full well that KYC was not performed on sign up. I pleaded with this scam casino to tell me how to prove ownership because KYC serves no purpose as far as ownership verification goes.

In several of the responses received, they mentioned sportsbet.io which I have never heard of. sportsbet.io appear to be another scam casino run by bitcasino.io.

Against my better judgement I went along with the KYC. Successfully completed the verification and obtained written confirmation from the third party indicating that verification was completed as per bitcasino.io requirements.

Several months later and I have not received a single response from the casino. Live chat are saying they receive my emails and promise a response will come in 24 hours. Months later no response.

I feel furious and helpless and this is impacting my mental health because some low lives can do this to a person and sleep comfortable at night.

A number of lawyers I contacted want upwards of 25 % of my hard earned money. I will use that as a last resort.

What else can I do?

Sorry for the rant

Why the f a disposable email adress. Really if your annoyed by spam there's a flag that you can setup to any spamfilter for that. Or just dont open it / read it.

Hello,

Our team was unable to identify this person and associate him with an existing game account. There's nothing else we can do at this moment. We have to wait for the response from Curaçao eGaming.

There is a rep in this thread who has offered to assist, or has assisted by the sound of things. Until it's established you've been 'scammed' we cannot use that term in the title, so I changed it to reflect the actual issue at this stage.
Thanks.

How do you identify a person if no information was provided at signup?
Why are all my emails ignored?

This is a poor attempt at stealing from me
