I'm not sure they do it, probably because they're pretty generous.throughout the year. I could be wrong though.

I believe you have to ask them for it. If you're eligible you will get, but not everyone does. I never bothered to ask for any from them. I hate to get a no so why risk it

I believe their system works on an algorithm (It's not manually done) - You are rewarded for losses with a 'Daily / Monthly VIP' Bonus. I think these are factored in when it comes to Birthdays. In the same line, monthly bonuses take the daily bonuses into consideration when the calculation is done.

Nate is absolutely correct about the daily VIP chips/comps. I asked about this a while ago and it is based on an algorithm.
