Players are now hesitant in playing or your casino or rather N1 casinos. Though you might wish to handle the case with the player in secrecy the harm has been done and players will want transparency.

Looking at the complaint, the documents required are excessive and in my view does nothing with regard to verification. It seems your explanation cannot justify your request and you are hiding behind a shield.

This is where things are complete BS (not specifically this casino, but it appears as if many operate in this way). Quite happy to take losing deposits but if you happen to have a win and want to withdraw, then the checks come into play. This type of system can only benefit the casino
