Honestly Irene, I think your post(s) deserve an award for most patience shown by a member posting a complaint. I just went back and reread the first two pages, lol. While the situation itself was serious, and a flagrant violation of eCOGRA standards, I couldn't help but chuckle at your responses to the totally inept CS reps. Thanks and I'm glad you got your money back. I do think however you should have gotten the whole 100 back, but if you are anything like me, you're probably just as happy to forget about it and go forward. I try not to stress about things like 28 bucks, lol.
