big winner in Canada says hi and thank you for hosting such a great resource here

My god as if you blew back $350,000. Absolutely speechless.

Thats great that you have the mental strength to not care about it. You are lucky, alot of people would probably be depressed for years. Although the $250,000 will lighten the blow. But being 30 with debt and nothing to your name and blowing almost half a million dollars is wreckless among other words.

I hope you get your 250k and never gamble again. I could see gambling become an absolute disaster to you.

1 k spins on breAk .da bank. 3 reel

You can't do 1k spins on bdba. 1000 spins on bdba?

Whatever the case you blew 350k after all the advice everyone with experience on this board gave u.

Maybe u will be nominated for either cm's luckiest of the year or the biggest loser of the year.

Either case I'm glad ur going home with the 250 k

I have been told many times to stop gambling online by different people, however even though I have gotten go money wins. To me it seems obvious that this guy is luckier than most of us could ever dream of being and therefore he should make use of his luck and punish the casinos.

Reckless.

And we now know how this ended.

I have an opportunity for myself to do something I've always wa was red to do I life now and before seemed more of a dream. now things are becoming a reality. im I'm not dwell on the past but will be wise with moving on towarda a future I've dreamed of having. I've got the ability to go re educate myself in a field I wouldn't ever had time for... tuition is expensive and living in Vancouver is ridiculously expensive. I've been working midnights to noon 6 days a week since may May in a job that I don't enjoy. now I will go to work with a exit strategy for the near future.

imo, i just got my big break and I'm thrilled to do something with my winnings...
thanks for the care and concern. im just being honest here. if I showed up thinking that I was going to make money every time I played I'd be depressed and totally negative thinking the casino's a rugged and that its unfair. i play with the position of having a bit of fun and helping time pass and maybe the off chance that I could come out with a bit of money. which I have done all in all I'm thrilled

hope that makes sense

What horrible advice from Mat, I almost want to see him banned on here for that post.

If you really gave back 350k I don't want to be mean but you win the award for biggest idiot. Also you're not getting the 250k right away, They will only pay you so much a week or month.

Saying that you sound like me about quitting job and own business so you're on the right track there.

BUT my 1st feeling is something is not right here and if it is, This can win the most depressing thread ever if he blew 350k.

*****break .ca bank***** I said can wager $1000cdn per spin

maybe someone from Canada would care to try and confirm this so we can move forward....

Irresponsible and reckless advice.

Was so scared to read this thread till the end. We all know how badly this could end. Makes you sometimes feel afraid to win such a big amount (almost) lol.

To be fair to the OP being reckless, your not going to reach a balance of £600k from a couple of hundred without having an insane reckless streak, who here would have stopped at 1k/5k/10k/50k balance and then withdrawn, im thinking most of us.

The OP thought sod it and carried on with the max betsize wagers on high variance games and managed to get lucky multiple times. The flipside of that is how you just stop betting at that size when you get that large balance paid. IMO realistically it can't be done (or maybe can be but with great difficulty) - you cant just "switch off" the urge, particularly if its strong enough in the first place to push your balance past the 10k/100k/500k barrier without cashing out.

I really hope I am wrong though, that amount of money when you havnt yet reached 30 will really change your life if you can hold it together and keep to your plans - best of luck and I really hope you manage to keep it long enough to invest it wisely.

You make yourself a bottom line. Its fine to take shots. Lots have and it worked out a bit. And for others it really worked out.

When you have built a $600,000 balance anyone who isnt completely reckless sets a bottom line. And lets admit it here, if it wasnt for fortune lounge pushing through those 2 withdrawals, that entire balance would be gone. They should be thanked by the OP.

Common sense should kick in and say wow I broke all luck barriers and did this, now that I did my bottom line is $500,000. And if the person has such a strong urge that they cant control it, they should not be gambling at all and should seek immediate help.

I personally do not believe there is an excuse in the world to condone losing over $350,000 of anything.

I think this is all air though as this person just doesnt seem to care right now. I promise you there will become a point where he will care. Maybe when his money is spent and hes left paying for a mortgage for the next 25 years or possibly some other financial situation. Or possibly him redepositing it all and losing it.

Its his choice and his life hopefully all of us hounding him a bit has knocked something into his head to slow down now that he won the lottery

I couldn't agree more Lockinlove.

Dyce, both lockinlove and I had very good years in 2016. It's not easy to go back to low-rolling once you've had those big hits.

You really have been given a gift here. Please be smarter with the rest of your winnings.

Look at what a short period of time it took you to lose $350,000.

Meet with your bank, set things up to earn some interest, get all your banking for free, and only have access to a smaller amount on an immediate basis.

Make use of the the Responsible Gambling tools the casino offers.

We are rooting for you. Not to win big again, but to take this wonderful opportunity to make more out of your life.
