Big Win - if you can get through the fine print

Hi everyone. Just a word of warning about the way casinos work. They will use all ways to encourage you to spend big and then seem to pull an expansive list of reasons why they don’t have to pay.
I won $3200 AUD. They had already through the play through clause at me when I thought that I had $1000 to with draw. But, no, so I continued gambling on the slot machines. To be able to get through the play through, I was betting wagers of $10 and $15 until I looked and had $3200 withdrawable.
I tried to withdraw and first I had to prove my identity. That’s fair enough so I did. So I tried to withdraw again. They then hit me with that I couldn’t withdraw with my card that I used to deposit with. This was wrong as per their rules. But again I played their game and signed up for a crypto account. I applied for the withdrawal again. Then I was told I could only withdraw a maximum of $2500 in one go. I did that. Then they hit me with the win is ineligible due to my high wagers. Well I naturally complained to everyone and any board that I could which was all to no avail.
Eventually, I was beaten so I thought that I would have some fun with MY $3200 and they had removed it from my account and left $30.
Well that did it with online slots especially “Fairgo Casino”

There is almost always a maximum spin value when playing with a bonus so your 10 and 15 dollar spins would likely have breached these terms.

Stop crying and read the terms of the casino! I think I played over at 25 different casinos and never had any problems of getting my money.

It is always very disappointing when you think you have won a shed load of money, only to find you have fallen foul of some rule or other.

However, with most casinos, there are very strict rules on how to play out a bonus, including restrictive bet sizes, as bonus money is rarely - and I must stress the "rarely" - free money with no restrictions, otherwise casinos would go broke in no time at all.

With a bonus, the 'fine print' must always be read, otherwise the situation that you now find yourself in will keep occurring.

Learn from this experience, and either follow the T&Cs regarding bonuses, or stop playing with bonuses completely which is my preferred course of action.

I don’t mean it like that mate we al know if a casino can fuck you they will! There for always read the bonus terms so that they can’t fuck you over!
