Hi to all,

As you can see I won € 50,000 on the Beach Life slot! WOWWWWWWWW....:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

But...
The problem started when I asked for a whitdraw on my credit card.

Crown Europe says that I played roulette with bonus money and then they canceled all winnings ...
This is incredible ...!
For a few spin at the roulette I lost € 50000 + euros

Not that it matters if this is in the terms, but did you gain anything from the roulette play? If so I understand the casino 100%.

whether you feel it's ridiculous or not, it's a VERY common term when taking a bonus
 
Och! That really hurts! However if its in their t&c's you can't blame the casino. I had similar case once as well, 800€ of winnings were cancelled as I played TWO SPINS ON ONE FORBIDDEN GAME. Since then, I always read the T&c's twice before taking any bonus.

Havent had a problem since then. But it does hurt seeing that incredible hit and knowing its just eye candy, now that you're not eligible to cash out.

pazzesco io sarei stato male per un mese almeno pensando ai 50000 euro ... comunque mi spiace dirtelo ma il casino ha ragione purtroppo ai giocato a un gioco non contemplato nei termini del bonus mi raccomando la prossima volta leggi bene i termini prima di accettare un bonus ho fai come me che gioca quasi sempre senza bonus di deposito e benvenuto nel forum :)
