Big win 50000 Euro CROWN EUROPE

Simmo you're very kind, but T&C are clear, bad , but very clear.
First Deposit
• You will not be permitted to withdraw your winnings if you choose to play a game which is not a slot machine using your deposit/deposit bonus/winnings/comps/ in any case.

I think you've hit the nail on the head right there.

The casino has considered all play with the first deposit, even after bonus removal, as subject to the first deposit bonus terms. So, the OP was expected to withdraw, and then deposit again.

It says that if any other games except slots are played with the deposit/bonus/winnings/comp points etc then ALL winnings are avoid, which is a frightfully bad term.....not to mention the 20x max cashout.

Personally, I wouldn't play there with VWM's money. Its one of those casinos that (IMO) deliberately makes the terms hard to understand and follow to trap the unwary....and in.this case, I would think they'd trip up the odd seasoned player too.

However, in saying that, the time to decide the terms are terrible and that you don't want to be subject to them is BEFORE you play....not after you've been caught by them. By his own admissions, the OP did not read ANY of the terms, so was bound to be in breach of them given their excessively stupid and predatory nature.

Bottom line is that the terms are awful, BUT the OP agreed to be bound by them anyway. We NEED to look past the amount and consider the basics of the situation. You can't start making exceptions for bigger winners, as you will haveffraudsters "accidentally" playing a couple of hands of BJ to boost their bankroll and then referring to this case, and rightly so, to insist their winnings be paid.

The lesson here is ALWAYS READ THE TERMS. Oh, and stay awqy from Crown Europe.

It is clear, but if the OP could prove that he completed the WR on allowed games, then the online support removed his bonus on request.
So in the PAB he could claim that after the bonus removal he thought he had no restriction anymore as the CS did not tell him that he is still under the first deposit terms.

Slight chance, but if that much money is in stake I would give it a try.

Ouch

yet another reason why i stay away from bonuses.... if your going to take a chance and gamble why take a handicap on any potential winnings?
at first i was bonus hunting until i saw the drawbacks. and especially with the ridiculous play through requirements.

it reminds me of my first experience at a land based casino, i didn't hit max bet and the progressive prize hit... i got zero.
this is no fishermans story!

Casino montreal: the 3 f-ing hockey goalies are still burned into my head nightmares persist 15 years later :'(

Live and learn... preferably to read the fine print, hopefully not a once in a lifetime chance i'm still hunting for my second chance at redemption lol... sad. and always hit max bet lol

go big or go home.

PS we gamble to try to win... it isn't fun losing money! if it's fun for you feel free to send me cash anytime!

I deposit and play for the lure of that elusive jackpot..

I see where you're coming from here, but these are listed as the "Welcome Bonus Terms & Conditions." Consequently, a literal reading of the terms means that they only apply to the "welcome bonus."

So the question then is, what counts as the welcome bonus? It seems perfectly reasonable to me that once the WR is met and bonus is removed, the player is on longer playing the "welcome bonus," and consequently the "welcome bonus terms and conditions" don't apply.

Best case there scenario there should be no problem, worst case it's ambiguous. Not the player's fault the terms are written poorly if they wanted them to apply until a withdrawal is made.

Similarly, this particular term is also under the category of the welcome bonus, and the same logic applies:

"You will not be permitted to withdraw your winnings if you choose to play a game which is not a slot machine using your deposit/deposit bonus/winnings/comps/ in any case."

This term only falls under the purview of the welcome bonus, and could be understood similarly as it is at any reasonable casino - that your winnings are still under the bonus terms until WR is met/bonus removed, at which point they are free.

This all assumes, of course, that no terms were broken while the bonus was in play, with WR intact/before the bonus was removed. It sounds like OP's best course of action now would be to submit a PAB.
