I am tired. I did already around 50K spins and this happening!, I saw my first and last x100 hit in the base game (four 5-oak emeralds), but still haven't got 20 spins in bonus game, and bonuses still pay stably x2-x10, Yes I've seen x400,x300 and a couple of times x200, although I've seen many times when not enough one symbol for hit x1000++.
