Big Time Gaming Server Disconnections

Is anyone else experiencing this recently?

No matter which BTG game I play, the session always stops with a server communications error.

It doesn’t matter which browser I’m using or which casino I’m playing at, the disconnections are numerous and are becoming a massive pain in the arse.

It happens in the base game but bonus spins are the absolute worst. Get a win and cascade, boom! disconnection

Some bonus games go first spin win, cascade, boom, restart, recover game, another win, cascade, boom, restart, recover game and so on for the whole 8 spins. It’s ridiculous!

So, if this is happening to a lot of people, maybe @Big Time Gaming could chime in and have a look at the problem?

Yeah same here for me no matter the casino or browser. I do feel it’s much worse on extra chilli

Yes, I've been getting this too, particularly on bonus games, as you mentioned. It's very frustrating.

Play Bonanza at Rizk for about a hour right now and no problems.

The biggest pain with me is Extra Chilli, but that’s because I play it more than any other game. With Bonanza it’s only happened a few times in the base game but every time in the bonus. It happens very regularly in Donuts and Opal Fruits too.

Tbh if you play on a mobile it’s been happening forever. Chilli is the worst but they are all awful. Even Bonanza which I never had many problems with has now joined the list.

I have posted about this problem in numerous threads, numerous times but it just gets ignored. Like you say why so much in the bonus rounds. It makes you wonder if some untoward occurs like you get connected to another server or something or there is that much going on the platforms can’t support the software (that might not make sense as I know little about computers etc. Just trying to work out why). It has to be their issue as I switch to other games and they play perfectly well.

Just wish you would sort it Btg.

Started off with the QF one (which was crap from day one) but now over to the autoplay one.

Given that Immortal Romance near enough cuts off every 50 spins and has been for a while now, I won't hold my breath that it'll be fixed.

Yes it started a little over a week ago for me too. It happens at VS, Casumo, Rizk and Fun Casino. Every browser on mobile (Safari, Chrome & Firefox on IOS)

I normally play bonanza on sky Vegas and it’s a problem occasionally but most of the time it’s ok.

However yesterday, DHV was constantly doing it every few spins.

I notice it seems to happen more on my iPhone or Mac. Rarely on my PC.

The disconnections appear to have stopped, but it’s now taking between 15-20 seconds between spins on Extra Chilli! This leads me to believe they have done this on purpose to prevent the disconnections. Hopefully that’s only a temporary measure? It was quicker between spins even with the disconnections, even accounting for having to reload after each one!

Sad state of affairs if you ask me.

Not played em properly for over 2 weeks now, spoiling my sessions and lost me as a punter, sure I am not alone on this one either.

Managed 20 or so spins on Chilli earlier before I closed window in disgust, reps been here and does not seem to care, other threads on this BS too, sod the players they only provide our business with income eh

Only use VS and although I appreciate they are not the only casino with the problem it is awful and unbearable there.

I cannot live forever on DoA and need this problem fixing. FWIW, Monday morning they ran smooth for about 30 minutes. Other than this crapola

Just done a test on Chilli: 25 spins on auto.

Time started 21:19:52

Time finished 21:29:34

10 bloody minutes for 25 spins!

I’ve completed all trophies on this game at VS 5 or 6 times so far. At this rate it would take me 17 years to complete it again...

Only in the morning when there is less traffic,it runs normal.

In the evening it takes 20/30 sec a spin (almost 2 weeks now @ videoslots

Cheers steve i was being sarcastic. I tagged them in another thread . So have others . The Rep just reads all the posts and doesn't even have the decency to answer. I even tagged Bryan the other day about it.

Guess we just need to accept BTG don't actually give a toss and are just using this forum for marketing purposes.

Just played Bonanza at VS on mobile and was being disconnected every few spins. To add to the pain no D in sight. Bloody annoying!!!
