BGO long withdrawal times.

Well, I see people including myself have moaned about TropeziaPalace 48-hour pending, but I cashed out at BGO Tuesday evening and it's still reversible now. Before you suggest otherwise, I did read the terms so I know it says 'won't be processed for at least 72 hours' which is bad for an IOM licensed site. The thing is, I stiffed myself because it looks like the 72 hours expires after business today, and AFAIK they don't process cashouts at weekends. So effectively a cashout after Tuesday 5pm. means a whole week to receive your w/d. Just for your information if like most of us you expect quick payouts. Also, the site has 'achievements' like TSII, for example playing a free bingo game, a paid 90-ball one, a deposit etc. I notice that one of the 'achievements' is reversing a withdrawal..........:rolleyes:

That withdrawl time at BGO is just simply unexceptable. Once you get your money you should let them know this and them tell them you are done playing there until they shorten the time.

You mentioned Tropezia and the 48 hour pending period. Yes that is a long time but the 35X playthrough on both deposit and bonus is the biggest problem with Tropezia Palace

Well, to be fair they've removed the reversible status, so it's on its way to processing. Still slow though.
 
I know where you are coming from mate, like completing the wagerings and complying with T&C's wasnt enough. Casinos have found another way of making the players lose their winnings i-e keep the withdrawal pending for a week and see if he gets annoyed and wastes it. Now personally i have never given up to them and i deposit a little amount somewhere else if i feel like playing instead of reversing what i had already won

Do email them after u get the money in the bank to see if they would reconsider changing pending periods as some sites do process loyal players withdrawals quicker

The w/d is processed now, and I have requested to close my account. Just too slow.
 
Well, an update, the w/d was at 'processed' stage Saturday 10th. August, it's Wednesday 14th. and the £70 has still NOT hit my credit card.
So, 8 days have passed and I still haven't received my money. FAR TOO SLOW! Will be contacting Paul if it doesn't turn up tomorrow.
 
Still not got it today Thursday either. Paul has been helpful and given me the banking ARN reference.

Yes, I've checked and it's a pending credit, it's reflected in my available credit but not shown on the statement. All OK now.

Pending withdrawals and processing times is a hot potato - we know it is and it's being worked on. If anyone here needs a withdrawal 'fast tracking' then just let me or the support team know, I'll get it pushed through.

Changing this policy for thousands of players is a much more difficult and comprehensive task than pushing individual requests through, so bear with us.

Yes, and thanks for being on the ball with prompt and accurate replies to my PM's. This is how a rep should be, unlike some from other sites who seem to go AWOL.
 
Thanks for this thread I found from a Google search.

I have PMd Paul as have a need for a faster withdrawal and have waited out the long period before (and also reversed to Bgo's benefit before).

Sorry to bump an old thread but just got to thank this thread for making me sign up here :)
