Consider giving some 10 per cent back to the loyal players on their loses (weekly/monthly) as some other good casinos do. It's a benefit for both. Promote this, and new players will start signing up or old ones visiting BGO again, leading to more profit for the casino in the long run.

Indeed, sorry! Got a notification an or so hour ago to say I have access to the player back office - providing I can figure out Playtech vs MG I’ll sort tomorrow, if not I’ll offload to a capable colleague. Should have probably delegated earlier but wanted to sort personally.

Thanks Ben, I really appreciate the support and I respect everyone’s feedback in this thread and from other posts in a previous role. I’m never going to be able to make everyone happy but I’ll be around to try my best. I’ve got history here and it means a lot. I’m hoping the shareholders don’t read that their new CEO is trying to personally solve a player issue, but if they do I would like to say it’s a learning curve for me and outside of office hours :) - I’ll get back to you tomorrow (today?).

I think you may have misunderstood my reply, sorry. I’m here to help and it’s not at all below my pay grade (I only get paid 4am to Midnight lol). CM is a great forum and my mentor and founder of the previous company I worked for used this great place to get feedback and build a solid business. I may not be able to be as responsive as I was previously and my colleagues will fill that gap but hey, it’s early days and I want to try and give it a stab while I learn. :)

Plus a few of my favourite slots that are missing from the site.

You currently have some decent providers such as;

I would love to see;

Overall, it has been a good experience so far, one of my most played slots Raging Rhino Rampage is not available at BGO for some reason, its a pretty new slot from SG.

Just to say Mark that more CEO’s should engage their customers, it is where they should get the best feedback.

The CEO should do the best for the shareholders, but that should be by building a loyal customer base that grows through reputation, not by asset stripping and aiming for short term profit.

My good friend, mentor and previous CEO of 32 Ed Ware was always available for direct player feedback and I’ve learned that it is important.

Since my appointment I’ve already been involved in a number of player issues and it’s helping me understand and improve some processes which may not be the best currently. When travel bans are lifted I intend to spend some time with the different teams including support and deal with customers directly. It’s how I started and I don’t feel it’s above my grade!
