As for Neteller & Skrill - new payments system goes live on Monday (fingers crossed) - once that's in, it should be a matter of time before Skrill follows, then Neteller soon after.


I went on to give this casino a whirl (to play some of those exclusive games) but lo and behold still no Skrill as a payment options. Seeing that you first hinted of more e-wallet options coming over a year ago I'm not holding my breath it'll arrive any time soon :confused:
 
Has anyone else had this issue with the beat the boss wheel?

At least one in three spins I have results in the wheel stopping at a 5 free spins or next step icon, yet it will then start moving counter clockwise in reverse and then stop at the next available face icon which awards nothing. It's not a major issue as since they changed the free games slot to jungle fever you're lucky to win 5 cents, but it's more a concern as the malfunction has diminished my trust in the trustworthiness of their site and software.

I say this because I have raised this issue with cs numerous times and I have repeatedly been told the software shouldn't be doing this (spinning in reverse) and they will look into it. The last response I received advised that no other players had reported this issue and there are no known issues with the software.

I'm happy to accept this as it's not like I'm losing anything personally, but it does get annoying to watch when you think you've won some freebies only for it to spin backwards and award nothing. I know what I see, and I can assure you all it's not my imagination, hence I was curious if it's happening to anyone else?


Since it's been happening and bgo have stated it shouldn't be, I have stopped playing here as it's just put that element of doubt in my mind regarding the fairness of the software. If there was a logical explanation, or bgo could simply explain it as a tech issue then I'd be happy to accept that, however no explanation is forthcoming.

Like I said, minor issue on a nothing promotional game, yet considering they develop and release their own slots for real money use (which I use to enjoy playing), the non fairness of the beat the boss wheel game raises concerns for me as to whether their real money games could possess this same unexplainable glitch. I stopped playing my real money here due to this as I've just lost that trust.
 
I don't mind if FS have wagering requirements..But I don't understand why i must meat all the wagering requirements from previous bonuses...(first bonus deposit 500%..FS received ..etc)..


I have mentioned this before now, a lot of places the wagering requirement is zeroed when the balance busts, but there were long queues on the bonus section from every free spin and bonus awarded and not met that were still required to play through at bgo. I looked through things and i saw a term than says that the wagering will remain from failed requirements, but it you make another deposit it clears all the previous wagering requirements off the account. I hope that made sense.

edit: "If Players balance reaches £0.20 (20p) or less whilst a bonus is active on the account and a subsequent deposit is made, all wagering conditions will be deemed complete and any restrictions related to any active bonuses removed from the account."

when i made a second deposit at bgo and this removed the wagering queue for previous bonuses etc, so i assume this is the situation.
 
That happens to me often as well. Though, I don't think it matters, the fact there is a stop button makes no difference. There is always a random delay between pressing it and the wheel to start stopping. It'll stop when it wants to. I think they should get rid of it.

On another note I find the achievements to be utterly pointless and mostly irrelevant, the prizes of which for completing them to be less than spectacular. I have to say I have no intention of ever completing them. Part of this problem seems to stem from the Bingo side of things. I think the rewards for Bingo and the Casino should be made seperate somehow. Online Bingo bores me stiff, so I will never play it. It's slightly irritating that my rewards or achievements are reliant on it. Most of the VIP stuff is all about Bingo too. The VIP and reward structure needs a revamp I feel. It just doesn't relate to me as a slots player.

As a positive though, I do like the fact that they do cashback promotions with no wagering. That's a nice touch, I must admit.

I totaly agree, Have spoke and mention this many of time to rep, I will not go into detail but it seems that bingo is there main game, Alow I was told that its all changed, (NO) There still running rules around bingo side of things, Origanaly it was called xbingo but again I do not no whats going on but I can still find the xbingo name is being used by new sites even low now it is bgo,
I really lost about all this as you can nether get the truth out of no 1, Now all theses rules are coming in about U.K license ect, I think its about time computer get switch of for good, I do feel sorry for the affilate sites, Well the good 1s as there got to change alot on three sites but untill we no the real score and what casinos do we all in the hole,
 
Not feeling the love for the wheel! Let's be honest, the wheel was always a gimmick and just a way of giving a few free spins back to players each day. 1 in 3 spins is a winner and it'll be changed soon so more prizes are involved, hopefully making it a bit more worthwhile.

The challenges are also being reviewed as part of the loyalty system as a whole. Everything you guys are saying is stuff we already knew wasn't up to par so rest assured it's being worked on.

Sorry Paul, you're a top bloke, but we've heard the same thing for some time now.

At the very least, perhaps the free spins could be given on the Jurassic slot as they use to, rather than the ultra high variance slot jungle trouble. I think you'd have far less complaints.

At least on Jurassic it was worth the time and effort as you may have scored a couple dollars for some added play time.

On the jungle trouble slot, you're lucky to get 2 cents.

I've given this feedback to your cs numerous times, and the response has always been, you have been the only customer to offer negative feedback, and every other customer feedback has been that they really enjoy it. Obviously this thread would rival that information.

On top of the technical glitches I mentioned previously, I'd say the gimmick is an epic fail, and the single reason I stopped being a depositing player a while ago.

Change things and I'll probably return.

I know what you mean wobble33 as I signed up there a couple of weeks ago and was going to give them a try then noticed there was no neteller so have yet to deposit. I know I should have checked first but wrongly just presumed it would be there as so rare to find any casino these days that doesn't have it as a deposit method. If it does get added then ill give them a try.

I have to say I'm kind of with you on this. I have given BGO a go as a multi-platform choice. I'm looking to make a myself two homes. 32red and a multi-platform. But, the promotions, the wheel, it's not really set-up for me. I know promotions aren't worth much, if anything. But seeing as I would be giving some kind of loyalty, I would appreciate something. I actually find the Casino ok. I like the branding premise too. But it feels like a work in progress still.

I just cannot see myself making any significant deposits here until I can see I might get some reward, except the cashback on losses offers. I do love those! I'm sure these are issues that will get resolved eventually, but until then I won't be playing much.

Sorry guys, not had much chance to respond to some queries lately.

Deposit methods - still ongoing I'm afraid. I can't give a precise ETA since alot of this stuff is out of our hands. We had hoped it would be sorted by now but to say we're behind on the roadmap would be a slight understatement! These things happen though and by trying to do things 'properly' and keep everything in house we are bound to run into problems. It's a painful process but one that should be of huge benefit in the long run since we'll have complete control over payments, so we don't rely on anyone else dealing with transactions.

I'm going to speak to some people about maybe changing The Boss's Wheel. I know we are looking at offering multiple games in there but we could possibly change it up, give out fewer but more meaningful prizes. As for the technical glitches, I'm not sure what could have happened, it's a very simply Flash asset which shouldn't really be going wrong. I'll get it put through QA again to see if we can replicate the problems, could be browser based or dependant on load on the site.

Thanks Paul for the extremely quick response.

As I said it was my error above, yet Paul responded to my PM, and unnecessarily matched my deposit, despite my deposit exceeding the bonus limit. :D

I said it many times, and will say it again, bgo may have some teething problems as a very new 'slots' casino, but Paul's service is second to none, and the main reason I continue playing here despite paying almost double due to the currency conversion.

Some may think I'm stupid for doing so, but for me there's more to a casino then just winning, and Paul exceeds my expectations regarding customer service every single time.

I urge those who may have to wait sometimes for Paul's response, to try and be a little extra patient, as he honestly is one of the best, and most understanding reps here. I didn't ask, nor expect him to do what he did, as it was my error, yet this is another fine example of what Paul is willing to do to make his customers happy.
