Expired Promo BGO casino - come and grab new deposit match bonus

There are promos that are no more.
BGO Casino is a closed casino
This thread is a bit saddening.
CM members are expected to act with decorum and be polite to reps who care to take the time to contribute.
Before anyone jumps down my throat, the point is: reps should ALSO be reacting and responding with a level of professionalism as well.
TWO responses to your post and 'I'm going to take my ball and go home' isnt really the best way to respond, and for a rep I'd expect a bit of thicker skin than that. And let's be fair here: Youve posted a total of THREE times in 2018, two of which were to flog a bonus.

I've flagged Bryan (@Casinomeister ) to the thread.

Sorry for my sarcasm but I find it a bit sad as well when a banner takes up half a post. Seems BGO has spent way too many promotion funds on getting that silly girl on their banners :D

With that said I have nothing against Karolina she is a nice lady and rep for BGO. I feel really sad it had to come to this and hope she will think twice and post again.

I used to like BGO casino and played there but not any more.

Paris Hilton right or am I barking up the wrong tree :p

Didn't the previous face of BGO die recently?

Yes you are right Nicola :)

And yes i think he did "the little guy" im trying to be nice as wanted to write something else haha :p They prob hope that Paris lasts a bit longer. Sorry its a bit late for me to be writing.

Verne Troyer, best known for his role as Mini-Me in the “Austin Powers” movies, died He was 49

PS some funny facts. BGO did not do to bad as she is only ranked number 2 most annoying actor/actresses :D

The Top 80 most Annoying Actors and Actresses
  1. Pauly Shore. Actor | Encino Man. ...
  2. Paris Hilton. Producer | The Hottie & the Nottie. ...
  3. Tom Green. Actor | Freddy Got Fingered. ...
  4. Jessica Simpson. Actress | The Dukes of Hazzard. ...
  5. DJ Qualls. Actor | The Core. ...
  6. David Hasselhoff. Actor | Baywatch. ...
  7. Jennifer Love Hewitt. Actress | I Know What You Did Last Summer. ...

ok guys, really wish i didnt post it, indeed...
Done with Casinomeister for good probably
Much grumbling and complaining here nowadays...
Hi Karolina,

I'm bit surprised here. You hadn't logged on for over three months, and then become offended when the first post you make is for a bonus that is not too player friendly?

If you had been logging in on a regular basis, you would understand that Casinomeister's forum is much more than some people complaining:

Announcement - Meister Meeting 2019 - all members are invited

WARNING - Casino-x.com and Joycasino.com - Fake Novomatic Games

Gaming Analysis Group

How to get banned (or not) at Casinomeister

Question - As a player, what do you want from a casino? What is important to you?

Announcement - TradaCasino Introduces Withdrawal Locking feature

What is your off the beaten track "go to" Halloween film?

Ask me anything (about slots)!

NetEnt Open Questions

Just a few examples of what has been going on recently.

But if you don't want to be a part of Casinomeister that is fine by me. BGO has never really shown an active interest in being a part of the Casinomeister community. The lack of BGO's activity is pretty evident of that.

No offence here, people just see what they want to see. Reps are expected to be courteous at all times, so sorry if my response didn’t fit in the usual top-politeness tone everyone is used to get from a casino rep. It clearly created an outburst and criticism here. Nothing rude or impolite was said, it is what it is. Perhaps it explains my lack of activity here where a simple post to inform the community about the new welcome offer turns into an argument and raises a tsunami of negative comments for 3 months to come..

Everyone seems to see bad sides and totally ignores positive things. None commented on the 10 free spins no deposit no wager part of this offer available for UK players. The winnings from free spins are totally free from wager and can be withdrawn at any time with No minimum withdrawal limit. Also x40 wager on bonus is pretty fair too. Yes, deposit and withdrawal fees are there. Each casino has the right to set specific bonus terms. BGO is being upfront with its terms, no hidden fees and small print. Fair, simple and transparent – take it or leave it.

Thanks to all.

Two points is enough why your offer sucks:
1. Charge fees. I never (I mean NEVER) play casinos who take charge fees from deposits or withdrawals.
2. Your selected games list. Chmoon. Maybe 20 slots where you can wager bonus.

This is not a negative comment, this is fact.

Remove fees and selected games-list. Then your offer is acceptable

I can maybe see your point about a lot of grumbling and complaining on here that would put Rep's of at times Karolina. I have mentioned that myself on here before.

But in this case i see members points. They were making simple statements and merely informing you they thought it was not a very good offer. And they also asked an important question that you never answered. Like them i also thought that you could no longer charge fees to UK players depositing by Debit or Credit card. It is actually quite an important issue that i would have thought you would have answered.

No offence here

No offence taken, but please don't try and big up the fact you can keep all your winnings from the 10 x 10p, no wager free spins when its £2.50 fee to withdraw, so yeah I will leave it.

I, like others have stated, had a BGO account briefly but the fees were the reason I closed it. Losing 2.5% ( 5% if you put a tenner on ) + a massive 12.5% on a £20 withdraw is crazy.

Withdraw fees

£20 = 12.5%
£40 = 6.25%
£50 = 5%
£100 = 2.5%

So you can see how badly a low roller would be affected.

But you are performing customer service for a casino, so yes, of course you should be courteous at all times, if you had bothered to look round, casino reps get MUCH more stick than in this thread and almost all of them stay extremely polite. I understand you are the affiliate manager so your job on here is promotions, which is fine, but bgosam hasn't logged in for almost 18 months now, so from that it looks like BGO is solely using the forum for advertising.

Lets just be clear, at the time you posted your second post, there were TWO posts, one about fees, which is justified, barely any casino has deposit or withdrawal fees now, why would you think no one would comment on them? Same with the games, you have excluded most the casino games and only left a few to play, thats changed as you had an exclusion list previously that wasn't much bigger than the list of games you can now play! I mean you have over 600 slots, and allow 30 to be used with bonus funds. Do you not think players should comment on that? I must have missed your post when you made us aware of that in the terms and conditions changes part of the forum.

10 free spins with no wagering, yeah thats ok (not sure what game its on though, and theres a fee to withdraw so you don't get all your winnings), 40x bonus isn't the worst welcome offer out there, but neither are fantastic, which is probably why they haven't been commented on. Where are the existing customer offers?

FWIW I used to play at BGO quite a lot, you want to know the ONLY reason I don't now, deposit and withdrawal fees. Players are already going to lose with the RTP giving a house edge, taking fees just lowers the chance of winning.

To the people who have mentioned the fees, they are completely legal. What companies aren't allowed to do is charge fees for card payments alone. So you couldn't have a fee for cards and none for Skrill for example, but they can't charge an admin fee across all payment methods, like for example, JustEat, used to charge 50p for card payments, now they charge everyone a 50p admin fee. (Edit - thats in the UK)

Tsunami of negative comments?? Really?

Accredited casino reps are required to log in at least once every couple of weeks or so. There are many who are active - either posting promos or actively engaging in discussions or both - and that's the goal here: being an active part of our community. I'm guessing that BGO casino finds no value with being an Accredited Casino. There are loads of casinos that would love to take your place, and removing you guys is no problem for me. We have been here before. BGO has a history of being problematic with having an active rep. In fact BGO was removed from the accredited section a couple of years ago because of this. If you don't want to participate here - by all means please let me know.

Edited to add: Going through this forum of promotions - I didn't see that many complaints. Maybe a "You don't accept UK" or "I don't have a smart phone to register" that is pretty much it.
Accredited Casino Promotions

So I think it's rather unfair to say the hell with it - I quit because Casinomeister's forum has turned into a complaint center. That is perpetuating a myth amongst affiliate managers who never have understood one of the main purposes of Casinomeister: to enable players to make wise choices.

It is not about marketing, it's about providing information.

It also irks me that reps post so many ‘welcome offers’ on the forum.

We know what the welcome offers are by looking at Bryan’s casino lists on the main site.

Anyone who is around the forums regularly surely must realise that most of us are seasoned players...and that to post a welcome offer is not going to target very many at all.
Hands up all of the regular members (who are eligible) who have never registered at BGO...???

Seasoned as in salty? :p

Edit.
I think I still have BGO as my fave casino from the day I joined CM and entered the required details on my profile
How things change

The bonus terms (aside from the restrictive games lists) are quite favourable in terms of 40xB WR compared to many out there and the clear explanations of what they consider to be AP. As terms go for detail, they aren't bad. The fee though of 50p for a tenner is like 5% tax on your play.

Now the bonus is really aimed at Blueprint slots and some Playtake ones. Maybe it could be described as such. A casino may select games for two reasons: firstly the deal they have with a certain developer may mean less costs for the playthrough on those games, secondly the variance on the selected games may advantage the casino, i.e. if they were all 'egg-timers'. If you've ever tried a bonus wagering on Playtake games it's incredibly difficult and I wouldn't dream of ever turning over 50 quid 40 times on games like Ted, King Kong cash and that Luminous one which only has a 94.44% RTP to boot.

That said, I would personally use it to have a crack at something big on Diamond Mine which is allowed, or other Megaways games which DO perform OK in the base game for bonus attempts. So it would be of very limited use to me personally aside from the aforementioned slots, but I wouldn't bin it off as a totally bad bonus at all.

There are alot of newbie lurkers. You go to poker forums like 2+2 which is massive, everyone knows this is the place to find credible information. Even mods fromt here that have no relationship here or accounts will point slot players over this way to find info they need. Same with twitch and other large parts of the internet.

So these welcome offer postings hit alot of eyes. And I would imagine they know this and that is why they do it when they feel like trying to get an increase of action into their brands.

In all honesty I found your first response to legitimate criticism to be impolite. Flippant remarks like I am done posting isn't what we have come to expect from casino reps. Usual when players have pointed out something that is a concern for them the rep flags it up the chain. That would have been a great way of engaging in productive dialogue and might have garnered some new sign ups.

Your response above isn't much better. Yes each casino has a right to set their terms but players have the right to spend money where they wish. The critique of the bonus and withdrawal fees is a very good one and if BGO chose to do away with the withdrawal fees or reduced them more players would deposit there. Just a thought.
