I can't believe your still charging fees on both deposits and all withdraws, as a player I find this totally unacceptable and as a low roller it makes your site practically unplayable. Why these charges when 100's of other casinos don't?

It's not about much grumbling and complaining Karolina. It's about promos you guys do.

In most cases it is something like:

a) Really shitty
b) Misleading
c) Have terrible terms

So what else you expect from players? OH MY GOD THANK YOU? For deposit bonus?

Also (I'm really sorry if I offend you by any way, please accept my official apologies right away if yes) - I believe you are not 'bonus person' and have no idea what bonus means, terms, and how it works. Your job was to post it - you posted. If it is true - you can send a link to this thread to team / person responsible for bonuses in your casino. They should have a look and take feedback. Bonus should mean bonus, surely?

Deposit = pay a fee of min 50p say deposit £10 costs £10.50
Get 10 free spins worth (10p x 10 = £1) even if you win expected RTP of 95% = £0.95

£10.00 + £0.95 = £10.95

Profit! whoo hoo withdraw! - £2.50

= £8.45

Yeah fantastic bonus.....

And don't get me started on the 100% bonus that's even worse, potential bigger fee on deposit, 40x WR, real funds used first, restricted games, fee on withdrawal, plus no doubt other small print conditions, no thanks, no offence but thats no incentive for any player to join your site, surely you can see that it isn't us being nasty just realistic!

1. Surely even you can see that the two points raised above actually fairly valid. Don’t you bother to look at rival casino offers?

2. “Done for good” Well it’s not like you are all that active anyhow really is it? 3 posts since 2016.

3. If you are this unwilling to enter into conversations with CM members why are You here? Was it part of your contract?

5. We have an amazing community with very little moaning if you take the time to read most of the threads. Your loss not ours.

Please leave the door open on your way out as we have some amazing people passing in and out.
