I got the same a little odd lol

Best to contact live help they may allow you to do it with 10 as otherwise they are false advertising if it's minimum deposit 20 then it should say so point out to them on the site or the rep on here ;)

Email fixed - good spot spintee, ping me your username and i'll comp you for the help!

As for Neteller and Skrill, you wouldn't believe me if I told you the full story so I can only apologise and say it's still in the works. Once we're up and running with our Playtech platform hopefully we will be able to get more payment methods live.

Cheers

Is Dead or Alive ever coming back to BGO? I ran pretty good here on it.

Bgo promisssed add skrill and netteler from over 12 months and nothing -they still work without e-wallets.

This is very bad for them - They can offered great bonuses ( they have good welcome bonuses) they can make TV promotions , invest in advertisement with popular people like Dan Bilzerian - Also they can offered good money for affiliate partners But they never got a lot depostiors from all world Without E-wallet.

True is now is very hard make deposit to BGO.

Lets say true now deposit with credit cards work corectly for Uk Players - and usually not work good for players from other countries - Players outside UK usualy got message transactions impossible pleased contact with your brank when we try make deposit using credit card in BGO ( same card work good in most other casinos).

Other methods Ukash ? players can make deposit with Ukash but how player next make withdrawal ? with same method Ukash ..... People got Ukash code in GBP currency and need put in other casino .......

Bgo owner Losee A LOT becose from over 12 month cant finnaly add e-wallets more then 50% players complain and say they dont play in bgo becose they dont offered e-wallets and credit cards deposit not work ( work only for Uk mayby few more country but most players from other countries got error when try deposit with credit card to bgo).

For now is harder make succes deposit to Bgo then Win.

If they add ewallets and live chat then depositors traffic go more then 100% UP

And im personaly think bgo is very good casino but without e-wallets they realy lose A LOT potencial depositors.

Is the intention to have Playtech in addition the existing games or replace them? Despite the lack of e-wallet support (which would make life a lot easier) I'm enjoying the site in general and spending a lot of my playtime on the site, It'd be a shame if we lost the current line up. I know everyone on here has different favourites but imho playtech's game selection is pretty poor in comparison to netent/microgaming.

We're adding Playtech to the current lineup. We will lose some content unfortunately but I dare say it's not the most popular stuff. Our own branded games will be down for a while whilst we work on an integration though. eWallets are high in the priority list I assure you. We almost had everything completed when we did the deal with Playtech and with that comes a new cashier, which means all the work we did was redundant :(

As for Dead or Alive - I can't see it returning any time soon I'm afraid. We have commercial reasons for taking it down.

I personally give up playing here. I had a 50% deposit offer yesterday and thought you know what- I will have a bit of that- so I looked at the bonus terms- and I am not going to lie- I was absolutely mind boggled at trying to work the terms out with the way it is written.

"For example, redeeming a £10 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement (£10 x 5 = £50 wagering requirement), the Player may meet the wagering requirement in the following ways:

By spending £50 on Bingo tickets (£50 / 100% = £50)
By wagering £200 on Slot games (£50 / 25% = £200)
By wagering £1,000 on Video Poker (£50 / 5% = £1,000)
By wagering £2,000 on Blackjack, Baccarat and Table Poker games (£50 / 2.5% = £2,000)
Where a deposit is required to trigger a bonus, the sum of the triggering deposit and the bonus amount awarded will need to be wagered to meet the wagering requirement.

For example, the Player claims a 200% bonus with a 5x wagering requirement:

A £10 deposit is made and £20 in bonus is awarded (£10 x 200% = £20 Bonus)
The wagering requirement is (£10 Deposit + £20 Bonus) x 5 = £150 Wagering Requirement"

Obviously the games at BGO contribute different amounts- for slots it is 25% contribution to the wagering requirements. I know I'm not the most mathematical person in the world - but then I asked someone who is quite handy at maths- although he had sunk a few beers he also was baffled!

I then went on Live Chat- I asked the lady if I deposit £25 and receive a 50% bonus of £12.50, exactly what would be the wagering if slots only contribute 25%- I was told the total would be......wait for it.................£750 ..... Now I'm not one for swearing in public forums but WTF!!!

That is basically 60x wagering required for a £12.50 bonus- that to me is ridiculous, stupid, outrageous and any other terms that describe such a wagering requirement. What annoys me even more with BGO is why the hell these terms are written like this! Why don't they just change the slot contribution of 25% to a 100%? why don't they if they cannot do that change the terms so that they are written in the most simplest form possible!

Either way what ever way the terms are written, x60 for a £12.50 bonus has sealed the deal for me to never go back playing there now until there are changes!

Would love to know what other people think about this, am I wrong that x60 is harsh? Am I just thick and these terms are understandable to everyone else but me? haha!

£750 is on the money if deposit 25 with 12.50 bonus, A hell of a lot to wager on a small bonus, Also take note that there is also some games that do not count, along with max bet rule ect, The site is a half decent site, Just sort out them bonus terms I mean I personal think no deposit money should carry a wager and just the deposit & when also have to wager it on a rubbish depost % than it does take the pi$$,

Yes a bonus is optional but I do not see the point most of the time as its not going to be accomplished so might as well play free mode

Spot on! I noticed some games are excluded :)

I also agree that the site is decent, that I cannot question! I also do not question the trustworthiness of the site - due to making a withdrawal on my first ever deposit when the site first came out, and Paul being top notch in his responses and CS- to which still seems to be the case to this day!!

It just depresses me that bonus terms need a degree to work out, or are so high as in this case for a small bonus. I know there are not on their own in this regard though! It was only yesterday me and my brother was saying how we do not like these "bonus+deposit amount" wagering requirements! Not only are they hardly ever achievable, but to be honest it puts it highly in the casino's favor! Ladbrokes do it, so does the Sky Casino (not Vegas).

As you say though bonuses are optional but they shouldn't be almost un-achievable if a player takes one! I like my bonuses, but like with Guts- I've deposited loads there and always taken bonuses- non of which I have ever achieved to wager due to crap returns while playing, but essentially if I didn't take a bonus at Guts with my deposits I wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes! Swings and roundabouts I guess!

haha might as well play in free mode  sooooo trueee!

One other clause i found in their bonus T&C's which i have never seen in more than 15 years of online gaming. Although i opened an account with them just yesterday they won't see a deposit from me, especially since i can't withdraw to Neteller, Skrill or Ecopayz

  • Bonus bets do not contribute towards the bonus wagering requirement

So if your lose your cash balance bets played from the bonus balance will not count towards the wagering requirements. You have to first win a few to get back above the bonus balance and then only the bets you're playing from the cash balance will contribute to your wagering. That is some utter BS. :what: :machinegu

As said i registered yesterday and today received already their first spammer.... deposit 10$ and get 500%, so 50$ extra, total 60$ to play with. But let's do the maths first as I can only use the 10$ to make my wagering. Since i only play slots here is the calculation:

50 bonus chips x 5 = 250$ wagering requirement ... but at 250 in wagers i only achieved 62.50 from the total requirement as slots only count 25%. So i will have to manage 1000$ in bets from my 10$ cash balance!!!!!!!!

Supercheeky from them to advertise a 5x only wagering requirement and simultaneously reducing the slots contribution to only 25%!!!! It is the same as Kellog's would make it's packaging larger and reduce the content of it's cornflakes, which in normal life is called cheating the customer.

I thought CM accredited casinos should have clear and fair rules, this one clearly has not.

I believe that have been discussed before and have to do with them earlier being a bingosite.
5x is probably still the wagering when it comes to bingo, and normal for bingosites.

I took the 500% bonus when I first signed up :D I have to admit I was skeptical about ever making play-through but I did make it through and made a withdrawal! Never been able to replicate a withdrawal from a bonus since though! But the same for Guts, made a withdrawal on the first deposit, never been close on any deposit since were I have taken a bonus!

I guess it is just one of them sites were if you are to play it will be best to do without a bonus.

Yeah it is at BGO x5 when it comes to bingo- the difference being that bingo contributes 100%, therefore a £10 bonus would just need to be wagered to just £50.

But it's a lot harder to wager bingo bonuses. Don't ask me why. I don't play bingo :D
I just know that's why it says 5x and then 25% on slots.
They could of course change the wagering to 100% on slots and then 400% on bingo and raise the wagering to 20x.
I guess that will be more confusing for some people ;)
